OXIDATION

Due to its location in the electrochemical series, aluminium is classified as a very reactive and easily oxidizable material. In fact it is very resistant to corrosion, either as pure material, either inside alloys. This property is due to the formation of a very compact and resistant oxide layer.

RECYCLING

Aluminium recycling allows savings of 95% of the energy required to manufacture new material from ore.

All aluminium products can be recycled, from thin sheet to automotive components; lastly, aluminium can be recycled indefinitely without losing its characteristics and properties.

ALUMINIUM HAMMERS

USAGE PROPERTIES

They are particularly indicated on aluminium bodywork to avoid contamination (in fact the hammers must not have contact with parts made of steel or other materials than aluminium).

The kind of aluminium hammers, among other things, is particularly suitable for working on painted bodies (without elimination of paint), repairs of hail damages and dent repairs with levers.

One of the main characteristics that determines the preference is the lack of residual dents, due to the lightness of the hammers, with particularly accurate finishes and, not least, by the smoothness of the bases and panes.

MANUFACTURING FEATURES

They are made in Aluminium, with a wooden handle, pressure installed and blocked with steel wedge which deforms the terminal part of the handle in order to join it to the ram.

CUSTOMIZATION

Each hammer can be anodized; this process prevents oxidation while ensuring a pleasant aesthetic appearance. Anodization involves the formation of a surface layer of aluminium oxide that protects the hammer from corrosion, increases the surface hardness and resistance to wear and abrasion. Many colours are available:

Colourless Red

Gold Blue

Titanium Gray Green

Through laser marking a logo or trademark can be affixed on each hammer.
