Tutorial on checking grades using web advisor.
How Can This Help?
• This tutorial will help you check your current GPA and grades in school. This will help you maintain your grades and learn to access web advisor.
*Basic knowledge on using a computer.
* Basic knowledge on navigating through the internet.
*Web Advisor username and password.
Requirements
Note: I highly recommend using a computer with a good internet connection. A connection such as dial-up might cause problem when accessing Web Advisor.
• Go onto the internet and access this website: http://my.tstc.edu/
Step 1 of 10
• Access the website by imputing the username and password for web advisor.
Step 2 of 10
Step 3 of 10• Click on the tab labeled "Web Advisor"
Step 4 of 10• Click on the "Students" tab inside the new window
which popped up
• From here you can either check your "Grade Point Average By Term" or "Grades". Both located under the Academic Profile.

Note: Both options will be shown.
Step 6 of 10• Option 1, "Grade Point Average By Term". Choose the
semester you wish to see.
• This is a break-down on the results of the semester you have chosen (Example: Spring 2009). Each of the courses is listed along with the grades for individual courses

Step 8 of 10• Option 2, "Grades". A reminder will be shown about
verifying the information every 60 days. Once read click “Submit”.
• This is where you must fill out all of the information in order to get the results for your grades.

Step 10 of 10• After finishing option 1 or 2, sign out of Web Advisor.
The “Sign Out” is located on the top right section of Web Advisor.
