1. Separate both positive and negative PCB holder cables.
2. Count the number of PCB holders according to table below. Use the X value mm to trim the top and bottom of the cable. Immediately procede to the step bellow.
3. Insert (A) and lock (B) the cable in the tensioners.

4. To assemble the LED strips on the PCB holders use one of the configurations below. For segmented LED strips size trim as indicated in the table below.
5. Trim the number of LED strips as indicated in the table below.

6. Insert the LED strip in the PCB holder.
7. Turn the front lock of the PCB holder CCW.

8. Slide all the anchors in the top and bottom profile as indicated. Start with the negative anchor on the right side and alternate.
9. Position and lock the anchors from the distance indicated in the table below starting from the right side of the profile.

10. Check if there is an open circuit between the positive anchor and the negative anchor. Result must be 0.L.
11. Check if there is a short between the negative anchor and the frame. Result must be O.O.

screws in the positive anchor and check if it
has a nylon tip.

12. Following the power supply, junction box, and bracket number and assigned column given on the table below fix the power supplies and junction box on the profile conveniently.
13. Position the required power supplies and junction boxes in the assigned columns.

15. Plug to the outlet power source and check that the voltage is between 20 to 22 DC between positive and negative anchors for each columns.
14. Connect the positive anchors with the eclectrical bridges and then connect the power supplies and junction boxes assigned.

16. Once everything has been connected and tested, assemble the profiles as indicated below.

17. Starting from the top, position the TLS System near the anchors, maching the colors of the tensioners to the anchors. Turn the colored nut of the tensioner to secure to the profile. Leave a space of 5 to 10 mm from the anchor to the tensioner. Continue with the same procedure for the rest of the tensioners.
18. Proceed with the banner installation then connect the light box to the power source.
