Recruitment Services

services. Our recruitment process shall be accomplished through our own data base or through

advertisement or through head hunting from our networks.

Our Hiring Charges-

We shall be charging 1/12th of the annual package for the selected once from our clients excluding the

cost of selection procedures and service tax which will be charged as per actual.

For initiation of recruitment process 10% of the contractual amount is taken as advance over & above

the advertisement cost & other allied expenses (as per actual). Our team professionals have been

Hiring Process

Hiring process is achieved through a series of filtration process of the data of eligible

candidates sourced from the data available with us or procured through client or from campus

or through advertisement.

The filtration be done by a panel of experts with participation from our client & with a vision to

meet the performance perquisites of the client.

Resource Implantation

The selected candidates are routed through a process of verification of the records &

certificates along with their antecedent verification followed with issuance of Appointment

Letter along with the detailed terms & conditions commanding their service condition &

performance. The pay packet loaded with statutory observations.

Statutory Compliance

Since the compliance the governing the services conditions of the contractual Employees constitute one of the prime responsibility of an HR organization.

Hiring Charges

We shall be charging 20% of the total emoluments of hired personnel in addition to the

advertisement and interview hosting cost as per Actual.

Service FeeOur service fee shall be 15% of the total charges per month excluding

service tax.
