temperature up to1000 deg. These heaters provide watt
density up to 50 Watts/cm2. .For construction of cartridge
heaters, nickel chromium 80:20 resistance wire is coiled
on ceramic core and space between sheath and wire is filed
with MgO powder
A tubular quartz infrared lamp is double side by tungsten coat
quartz lamp light source with high power supply startup. The light
source is a tungsten halogen lamp series. The light source can
prevent darkened bulb, and prevent the use of infrared in the

Technobel cast in heaters are available in various designs
with outer body cast with cast iron, aluminum, and brass
and bronze. Cast in heaters can be made as required for
customer’s choice.
Ceramic Band Heaters
Technobel Ceramic band heater made up of nickel chrome
wire precisely wounded inside ceramic band. These heaters
are highly useful up to 500 deg. These heaters termination
and size can be varied as per customer’s requirement.
Hot Runner Coil Heaters
Hot runner Coil Heaters are manufactured in two standard diameters, 1.5 mm and 1.8mm. These heaters are swagedand compacted to these diameters. Technobel manufactures high quality hot runner coil heaters and assure the best with respect to safety and performance. It has possibility to reach high working temperatures in small spaces. Technobel Micro Tubular heaters can be manufactured with different lengths, power and sections, for any small dimension nozzle.
Technobel Mica band heaters are made up of nickel chrome
material attached to mica band or sheet. These types of
heaters are useful up to low temperature and high energy
saving applications. Our latest technology ensures mica band
heaters are made uniform heating in all around heated
medium with specified ampere rate.
Mica Band Heaters
Technobel Titanium tube heaters are manufactured for
chemical heating such as nickel, chromium, sulphuric acid,
chlorides and various organic solutions. Major applications
of these heaters are electroplating and alkaline/acidic
chemical warming.

Ceramic Bobin Heaters
Ceramic bobbin heater in Silica glass & SS container is used for
corrosive liquid Construction : Manufactured out of imported fused
Silica/Glass tube with replaceable refractory type heaters, with a
heat resistant rubber cap and a connecting connecting cable. In
SS container we use SS 304, SS 316, SS316L and 99.9% pure lead
coating on SS tube for highly corrosive liquid. Application : Highest
running temperature in all acids except hydro fluoric and phosphoric
acids. Also used for heating in Ferric chloride etching baths,
anodizing bright dip baths etc.
Strip Heaters
Strip Heaters are made up of wounded resistance coil through set
of ceramic insulators. Resistance coil is mechanically connected to
screw terminals or lead wires for positive connection. The element
assembly is electrically insulated and covered by metal sheathing.
Maximum sheath temperature of strip heaters is up to 600 deg.

meet your heating requirements. These configurations consist of
laboratory, warming, batch, walk-in, bell, pit, top-loading, and conveyor
ovens. Their industrial applications include but are not limited to the
firing, hardening, heating, soldering, stress-relieving, sterilizing and
tempering. Maximum temperature ranges from 400° to 1400°F.
Technobel industrial oven construction normally follows three basic heat
transfer methods: direct radiation, gravity convection, and air re-circulation.
Temperature Sensors and Controllers
A temperature sensor is a device, usually an RTD (resistance temperature detector) or a thermocouple,
that collects temperature from a particular source and converts into digital form to a device or an observer.
Temperature sensors are used to measure temperature in circuits which control a variety of equipment's.
This temperature sensor type consists of two wires of
different metals connected at two points. There are
many types of thermocouples, each with its own unique
characteristics in terms of temperature range,
durability, vibration resistance, chemical resistance,
and application compatibility. Type J, K, T, & E are
“Base Metal” thermocouples are the most common types
of thermocouples.Type R, S, and B thermocouples

Applications
Radiant Heat industrial ovens provide the least expensive method for
applications where temperature uniformity is not a consideration and
provide direct radiation of the heat from exposed heating elements.
Gravity Convection industrial ovens create more uniform temperatures due to the placement of the heating elements
behind baffles to heat the natural air flowing within the chamber, creating a chimney effect. With gravity convection,
air flows from top to bottom. It is a satisfactory method when your product must be shielded from radiant heat and
