SCHOOL RE-OPENS We received our news students on Monday, Sept 01, 2014(orientation). Classes resumed on Monday, Sept. 02, 2014 for returning students. PTA Meeting and election of new members was held on Tuesday Sept. 23, 2014. Fundraising event Pizza Day was held on Friday, Sept. 26, 2014 it was well supported. Thank you for your support. HERITAGE MONTH October was celebrated as Heritage Month We focused our celebrations of our national heroes during the week October 13- 17, 2014 Fundraising event Hot Dog Day was supported by all. Thank you for your continued support. PARENTS’ MONTH Parents month celebrations commenced with a church service on Sunday, Nov. 09, 2014. Fundraiser Ice Cream and Cake Sale was supported by teachers, parents and students.. Thank you and continue to support us as we build HCPS. We concluded the month long celebrations with a Parent/Teacher Social on Nov. 28, 2014. End of Term Exams were held from Nov. 28– Dec 04, 2014. Students were tested on what was taught for the entire term. MERRY CHRISTMAS !!!!!!!!!!! End of Term Exams ended on Dec 04, 2014

Christmas Carol Service was held on Wednesday, Dec. 10, 2014. Our own performed their
Christmas Songs in style and we enjoyed every bit of it.
Fun Day was held on Friday, Dec 12,2014. Thank you teachers, parents and students and for your
undying support to our beloved school.
CRAZY SOCKS DAY
Crazy socks day was on . Students wore their craziest socks. They looked colourful and creative. The
students with the craziest socks were given tokens.
WORK DAY 2014
HCP is currently working to get our first playing field up
and running for the new school year.
RECYCLE COMPETITION
HCP has entered the Lasco Reap Recycling competition. Prizes up for grabs are computers (desk tops
& laptops), projectors, flat screens, tablets and much more. Keep sending those plastic bottles. The
more bottles we have the more chances we have to win!!!!! Let’s help save the environment one
bottle at a time.
PTA MEET AND GREET 2014
Teachers, parents and students got the chance to socialize at the
recently held meet and greet hosted by the PTA.
