Teaching Behavioral Skills

• Softs skills can be developed from behavioral reflections

• How to motivate people to reflect their behavior in specific situations (e.g. stress, conflict, pressure, …)?

• Create a (simulated) environment in which critical situations emerge and the people nevertheless engage as if they were acting in reality thus showing authentic behavior

• Imagination & roleplays have natural limitations in stimulating authentic behavior
