Spectator Parking The parking is called “Oybele Halle”, approximately 600 m away from the Ski Jumping Arena and within Oberstdorf near the railway-station. From the railway station there is the possibility to use a shuttle-bus to the Cross-Country Stadium. Catering Both stadiums offer different options to buy food and beer and soft drinks.

5. Transport • Official airport: Munich (MUC), Stuttgart (STR), Zurich (ZHR), Memmingen
(FMM) • Airport transportation: The organising committee will arrange transportation
between the airports and the hotels. 1 transport (from and to the airport) free of charge. Price for additional transport: 100,00 €
• Shuttle service: For teams without their own vehicle, an OC shuttle can be provided during the World Cup in Oberstdorf. Please contact the Head of OC-

the pay list. Over quota costs need to be paid cash or by credit card directly in the accommodation office in the OC Office, Oberstdorf Haus,

Changing & Waxing Facilities • Wax cabins: Available in the Skijumping arena from the 23th of January, 12:00 Available in the Cross-Country stadium from the 20th of January, 12:00 • Key pickup: SJ and XC in the container of the village major • Wax trucks: Teams arriving with trucks must inform the OC until 19.12.2019

8. Radio Equipment Regulations • The radio frequencies need to be authorized by the regulatory authority. For data transfer, please use the enclosed form. Unauthorized use is liable to prosecution. Fines of up to EUR 500,000 may be imposed. The authorization fees can be found in the enclosed information form of the regulatory authority. Further information (German & English) here. 9. Visa Regulations • Please remember that citizens of some countries will need visa for visiting Germany. Please contact the German embassy in your home country. • For an official letter of invitation please send an email request to the OC: [email protected]. 10. Prize Money and Taxes • Prize Money will be paid via bank transfer. • Each athlete is responsible to inform the OC of their account and personal data,
plus a copy of their passport! To do so, please fill out the Prize Money form on the FIS website and send it to [email protected] or deliver it Nina Gesterkamp on site in the reimbursement office
• German athletes are responsible for paying the income tax to the German government themselves. For international athletes, the OC will withhold taxes (15,825 %). All athletes will receive a detailed receipt for the prize money and taxes. 11.
