SUMMARY
The following pages list some of the ACF activities and events that can take place at Cadbury House Hotel.
We can provide a range of team activities to meet a clients requirements. From a simple team bonding session of clay pigeon shooting, or an active afternoon playing It’s a Knockout, to an in depth team development workshop using Miro personality profiling. Whether you have a small group of 8 for half a day, or 150 guests overnight, ACF can put together a package to suit.
All of ACFs events are put together on a bespoke basis, and the activities on offer are not limited to what has been detailed in this brochure. Please call us to discuss ideas.

TEAM DEVELOPMENT
Using a number of carefully selected challenges, and our psychometric profiling tool ‘MiRo’, ACF can help you to create a winning team!
Understanding the way we perceive ourselves and others is a big step to becoming a more productive, efficient and happy team! There are times when a team may not functioning as well as it could be, or perhaps there are some clashes within the group. It could be that its just time to have a refresh and
take a step away from day to day operations. Our team development day can help participants to understand themselves ‘better’, and also understand the
team dynamics within their working environment.

All of our Team Days are put together on a bespoke basis. The number of people taking part and the
combination of activities chosen vary so greatly, so we price each event individually.
