Jul Hasratman received his Bachelor¶s Degree in Chemistry from the Faculty
of Mathematics and Natural Science, Andalas University (Universitas Andalas)
in 2009. When He was a student, actively participated in several students¶
activities and also became a Lecturer Assistant in his campus to teach Englishfor Chemistry Student and Organic Chemistry Laboratory Work for student of
Chemistry and Biology Department. Moreover, he was also active in chemistry
private teaching for students of Senior High School (SMA) in Padang City, West
Sumatra, Indonesia.
Jul had an intense experience in induction of several enzymes in local plant asphysiological response toward patogen. He had ever been for about 1 month in
National Nuclear Agency of Indonesia (BATAN Serpong) to do his practical work
as chemistry undergraduate student.
Currently He is working at Sinar Mas Pup and Paper (PT. Lontar Papyrus Pulp andPaper Industry, a subsidiary company for Asia Pulp & Paper), Jambi Province,
Indonesia. He is now involved on ISO certification system (Quality Management
System and Environmental Management System) after He did two years
experience in pulp quality control laboratory at the same company. Meantime
He pursues his Master¶s Degree at Postgraduate Program in Science Education
of Jambi University (Universitas Jambi ), Indonesia and still focuses in
weekend lecture and research on Chemical Science Education.
