    Mng cc - Tiu chun thit k

    Pile foundation Design standard

    1 Phm vi p dng

    Tiu chun ny c p dng thit kmng cc ca nh v cng trnh (sau y gi chung l cng

    trnh) xy dng mi hoc cng trnh ci to xy dng li.

    Tiu chun ny khng p dng thit kmng cc ca cng trnh xy dng trn t ng bng vnh

    cu, mng my chu ti trng ng cng nhtrca cc cng trnh khai thc du trn bin v cc cng

    trnh khc trn thm lc a.

    3 Thut ngv nh ngha

    Trong tiu chun ny sdng cc thut ngv nh ngha sau :

    3.1 Cc (Pile):

    Cu kin thng ng hoc xin, c hvo t hoc thi cng ti chtrong t, truyn ti trng

    vo nn.

    3.2 Cc treo(Friction pile):

    Cc, truyn ti trng vo nn qua ma st trn thn cc v qua mi cc.

    3.3 Cc chng(End bearing pile):

    Cc, truyn ti trng vo nn chyu qua mi cc.

    3.4 Cc n(Single pile):

    Cc, truyn ti trng vo nn trong iu kin khng c nh hng ca cc cc khc ti n.

    3.5 Nn cc(Pile ground base):

    Mt phn ca nn t tip nhn ti trng do cc truyn vo v tc dng tng hvi cc.

    3.6 Nhm cc(Pile group):

    Nhm mt scc c lin kt vi nhau bng i cc, theo nguyn tc, truyn ti tct hoc trc

    lp xung nn.

    3.7 Bi cc(Large pile group):

    Rt nhiu cc, ni vi nhau bng i cc ln, truyn ti trng tcng trnh xung nn t.

    3.8 Mng cc(Pile foundation):

    Hthng cc c ni li vi nhau trong mt cu trc thng nht truyn ti trng ln nn.

    3.9 Mng cc b hn hp(Piled raft foundation):

    Mng cu to ti cc dng tm (b) b tng ct thp v cc, cng truyn ti xung nn.

    3.10 i cc(Pile cap):

    L dm hoc tm ni cc u cc v phn phi ti trng tkt cu bn trn ln cc. Phn bit i cc

    thnh: i cao, nu y i nm cao hn mt t v i thp, nu y i nm ngay trn mt t hoc

    trong nn t.

    3.11 Sc chu ti ca cc(Bearing resistance of a single pile):

    Sc khng cc hn ca nn i vi cc n theo iu kin gii hn spht trin qu mc ca bin

    dng trt trong nn.

    3.12 Lc ma st m(Negative skin friction):

    Lc xut hin trn bmt thn cc khi ln ca t xung quanh cc ln hn ln ca cc v

    hng xung di.

    3.13 Ti trng tc dng ln cc(Load acting on a pile):

    Gi trti trng, bng gi trlc xut hin trong cc di tc dng ca cc tc ng tcng trnh ln

    mng trong nhng thp bt li nht ca chng.

    4 Nguyn tc chung

    4.1 Mng cc cn c tnh ton thit ktrn cs:

    - Cc kt qukho st cng trnh xy dng;

    - Ti liu vng t ti khu vc xy dng;

    - Cc sliu c trng vchc nng, cu trc cng nghc bit ca cng trnh v cc iu kin sdng cng trnh;

    - Ti trng tc dng ln mng;

    - Hin trng cc cng trnh c sn v nh hng ca vic xy dng mi n chng;

    - Cc yu cu sinh thi;

    - So snh kinh t- kthut cc phng n thit kkhthi.

    4.2 Trong n thit kphi xem xt, p ng cho cng trnh an ton, n nh lu di v hiu qu

    kinh ttrong cgiai on thi cng v sdng cng trnh.

    4.3 Trong n thit kcn xt n iu kin xy dng a phng, cng nhkinh nghim thit k,

    xy dng v sdng cng trnh trong nhng iu kin a cht cng trnh, a cht thy vn v iu

    kin sinh thi tng t.

    4.4 Cn thit kmng cc trong mi tng quan vi nhim vthit kv cc sliu ban u.

    4.5 Khi thit kcn xt n tm quan trng ca cng trnh theo Phlc F trong tiu chun ny.

    4.6 Mng cc cn c thit ktrn cscc kt qukho st cng trnh thc hin theo cc yu cu

    trong tiu chun TCVN 4419:1987, TCVN 9363:2012 v trongiu 5 ca tiu chun ny.Vic thc hin cng tc kho st cng trnh khng nhng cung cp cho cng tc nghin cu cc

    iu kin a cht cng trnh ca cng trnh xy dng mi m cn cung cp cc sliu kim tra nh

    hng ca vic xy dng mng cc n cc cng trnh xung quanh v cng thit kgia cng nn

    v mng cho cc cng trnh hin c, nu cn thit.

    Khng cho php thit kmng cc khi cha c y csdliu cn thit va cht cng trnh.

    4.7 Khi thi cng cc gn cc cng trnh c sn cn phi nh gi nh hng ca tc ng ng n

    kt cu ca cc cng trnh ny v cc my mc thit bt bn trong. Trong nhng trng hp cn

    thit, vi kinh nghim thi cng cc, c thphi dnh trc vic o cc thng sdao ng ca nn

    t, ca cc cng trnh kccng trnh ngm c.

    4.8 Trong cc n mng cc cn dtnh cng tc quan trc hin trng. Thnh phn, khi lng v

    phng php quan trc hin trng c quy nh ph thuc vo tm quan trng ca cng trnh v

    mc phc tp ca iu kin a cht cng trnh.

    Cng tc quan trc bin dng ca nn v mng ti hin trng cn c dtnh khi sdng loi kt

    cu v mng mi hoc cha c nghin cu k lng, cng nhtrong trng hp trong nhim vthit k c yu cu c bit cho cng tc quan trc hin trng.

    4.9 Mng cc lm vic trong mi trng xm thc cn c thit k theo yu cu ca

    TCVN 5337:1991, TCVN 5338:1991 v TCVN 9346:2012.

    4.10 Khi thit kv thi cng mng cc tb tng ton khi v b tng lp ghp, hoc b tng ct thp

    cn tun ththeo TCVN 5574:2012, cng nh tun th cc yu cu ca quy phm thi cng nn v

    mng, cc cng tc trc a, kthut an ton, an ton chng chy trong qu trnh thi cng v bo v

    mi trng xung quanh.

    5 Yu cu vkho st a cht cng trnh

    5.1 Cc kt qukho st cng trnh cn bao gm cc thng tin va hnh, a mo, ng t cng

    nhcc sliu cn thit chn loi mng, xc nh loi cc v kch thc cc, ti trng tnh ton cho

    php tc dng ln cc v tnh ton theo cc trng thi gii hn v dbo nhng bin i c th(trong

    qu trnh xy dng v sdng cng trnh) ca cc iu kin a cht cng trnh, a cht thy vn v

    sinh thi ca cng trng xy dng cng nh loi v khi lng cc bin php k thut chng

    chng.

    5.2 Cng tc kho st cho mng cc ni chung bao gm cc cng vic tng hp sau:

    - Khoan ly mu v m tt;

    - Nghin cu cc tnh cht cl ca t v ca nc di t trong phng th nghim;

    - Th nghim xuyn t: xuyn tnh (CPT) v xuyn tiu chun (SPT);

    - Th nghim nn ngang t;

    - Th nghim tm nn (bng ti trng tnh);

    - Th nghim thcc ngoi hin trng;

    - Cc th nghim nghin cu nh hng ca cng tc thi cng mng cc n mi trng xung quanh,

    trong c cc cng trnh ln cn (theo xut chuyn mn ca n vthit k).

    5.3 Khoan ly mu kt hp xuyn tiu chun, th nghim trong phng, th nghim xuyn tnh, l nhng

    cng tc kho st chnh, khng phthuc vo tm quan trng ca cng trnh v loi mng cc.

    5.4 i vi cc cng trnh thuc tm quan trng cao v trung bnh th ngoi cc yu cu trong 5.3 nn

    bsung cc th nghim t nhth nghim nn ngang, th nghim khng chn v th nghim cc ngoi

    hin trng theo chdn trong Phlc D, trong cn xt n tnh phc tp theo sphn bv tnh

    cht ca t.

    i vi cng trnh xy dng l cc nh cao tng thuc tm quan trng cao v cc cng trnh c phn

    ngm su, nu cn thit c thbsung cng tc thm d a vt l lm chnh xc hn cu to nn

    t gia cc hkhoan, xc nh chiu dy ca cc lp t yu, chiu su mc nc, hng v vn

    tc chuyn ng ca nc ngm, cn trong nhng vng c cast - su phn b tng v t

    cast, mc nt nv castha.

    5.5 Khi p dng cc kt cu mi, theo xut chuyn mn ca n v thit k, cn tin hnh th

    nghim hcc vi mc ch lm chnh xc thm kch thc thit kv phng php hcc c

    n nh, cng nhcng tc thcc bng ti trng tnh hin trng.

    Khi p dng mng cc b hn hp cn a vo thnh phn cng tc th nghim t bng bn nn v

    th nghim thcc ti hin trng.

    5.6 Trong trng hp cc lm vic chu ko, chu ti ngang hoc chu ti trng i du, cn phi thc

    hin cc cng tc th nghim cho mi trng hp cthvi khi lng c quy nh c xt n tc

    ng no c u thhn.

    5.7 Xc nh sc chu ti ca cc theo kt quth nghim hin trng tun theo 7.3.

    5.8 Th nghim thcc, tm nn v nn ngang, theo nguyn tc, tin hnh khu vc c chn la

    trn cskt qukhoan (xuyn) kho st vtr m iu kin t c trng nht, mng chu ti ln

    nht v cni m vic hcc theo iu kin t cn cha r rng.

    Vic tht bng ti trng tnh mt cch hp l l thc hin bng tm nn hnh xon c vi din tch

    600 cm2trong hkhoan vi mc ch xc nh m un bin dng v lm chnh xc thm hschuyn

    i trong cc ti liu tiu chun hng dn hin hnh gia m un bin dng ca t v s liu th

    nghim xuyn v nn ngang lkhoan.

    5.9 Khi lng kho st cho mng cc kin nghly theo Phlc D, phthuc vo tm quan trng ca

    cng trnh v mc phc tp ca nn t.

    Khi nghin cu tnh a dng ca cc loi t gp cng trng trong phm vi chiu su kho st, cn

    ch c bit ti sc mt, chiu su v chiu dy ca cc lp t yu (ct ri, t dnh yu, cc loi

    t hu c). Sc mt ca nhng loi t ny c nh hng ti vic xc nh loi cc v chiu di

    cc, vtr mi ni ca cc thp, lin kt cc vo i v vic chn thit bthi cng cc. Sbt li ca

    nhng loi t ny cng cn phi tnh n khi c tc ng ca ng t v ti trng ng.

    5.10 Cc vtr kho st a cht cng trnh (hkhoan, hxuyn, vtr th nghim t) cn btr sao

    cho chng nm trong khun vin cng trnh thit kxy dng hoc l trong nhng iu kin nn t

    nhnhau, khng xa cng trnh qu 5 m, cn trong trng hp sdng cc cc lm kt cu bo vh

    o th khng qu 2 m ttrc ca chng.

    5.11 Chiu su kho st, theo nguyn tc, phi ln hn chiu su nn ln ca nn. Thng thng

    chiu su cc hkho st khng c nhhn 5 m ktmi cc thit ktrong trng hp btr cc

    thnh hng v nhm cc chu ti trng di 3 MN; khng c nhhn 10 m trong trng hp btr

    cc thnh bi kch thc n (10 m x 10 m) v nhm cc chu ti trng ln hn 3 MN. Trong trng

    hp bi cc rng hn (10 m x 10 m) v trng hp dng mng cc - b hn hp chiu su cc h

    kho st cn phi ln hn chiu su cc mt khong khng nhhn chiu dy tng nn ln v khng

    nhhn mt na chiu rng bi cc hay i dng tm v khng nhhn 15 m.

    Khi trong nn c mt cc lp t vi nhng tnh cht c bit (t ln st, t trng n, t dnh yu,

    t hu c, t ct ri xp v t nhn to) cc hkho st phi xuyn qua nhng lp t ny, vo

    su trong cc tng t tt pha di v xc nh cc c trng ca chng.

    5.12 Khi kho st cho mng cc cn xc nh cc c trng vt l, cng v bin dng cn thit

    tnh ton thit kmng cc theo cc trng thi gii hn (xemiu 7).

    Sln xc nh cc c trng t cho mi yu ta cht cng trnh cn phi phn tch thng k.

    5.13 i vi t ct, do kh ly mu nguyn dng, do phng php chnh xc nh cht v

    cc c trng vcng nn l th nghim xuyn tnh hoc xuyn tiu chun cho mi loi cng trnh

    khng kmc quan trng no.

    Th nghim xuyn l phng php chnh xc nh m un bin dng va cho t ct va cho t

    st ca nn cng trnh thuc tm quan trng cp III v l mt trong nhng phng php xc nh m

    un bin dng (kt hp vi th nghim nn ngang v th nghim tm nn) cho nn thuc tm quan

    trng cp I v cp II.

    5.14 Khi kho st a cht cng trnh thit kmng cc gia cng cho nh v cng trnh ci to xy

    dng li, cn bsung cng tc kho st nn mng v o c chuyn vca cng trnh. Ngoi ra, cn

    phi lp tng quan gia sliu kho st mi vi hslu tr(nu c) c nhn xt vsthay i

    cc iu kin a cht cng trnh v a cht thy vn do vic xy dng v sdng cng trnh gy nn.CH THCH:

    1) Vic kho st trng thi kthut kt cu mng v nh cn c thc hin theo nhim vkho st do mt tchc

    chuyn mn lp.

    2) Kim tra nh gi chiu di ca cc trong mng nh ci to xy dng li mt cch hp l l dng thit bra a.

    5.15 Vic nghin cu kho st nn mng cn phi:

    - nh gi bng mt thng kt cu phn trn ca nh, trong c vic nh vcc vt nt (nu c),

    xc nh kch thc v c tnh cc vt nt v t cc mc ln chng;

    - Tm hiu chsdng nh vi mc ch xc nh cc yu tgy nh hng tiu cc ln nn;

    - Xc nh sc mt ca thit bchn ngm v hthng thot nc v trng thi ca chng;

    - Tm hiu cc sliu vkho st a cht cng trnh khu vc xy dng ci to trong hslu tr;

    - Chp nh hin trng kt cu cng trnh cn xy dng ci to li nh gi khnng c thxut

    hin ln khng u (nghing, un, chuyn dch tng i).

    Khi nghin cu kho st nh cn xy dng ci to li phi kho st ctrng thi ca cc cng trnh ln

    cn.

    5.16 Nghin cu kho st nn mng v trng thi ca cc kt cu mng thc hin bng cch o h

    ly cc khi t nguyn dng ngay di y mng v trn thnh h. Kho st t su hn di y h

    xc nh cu to a cht cng trnh v iu kin a cht thy vn v tnh cht ca t phi bng

    nh v cng trnh v cch chng mt khong khng qu 5 m.

    5.17 Khi gia cng nn cng trnh xy dng ci to li bng cc ng, cc p, cc khoan nhi hay

    khoan phun di nc, chiu su cc hkhoan v xuyn kho st ly theo 5.11.

    5.18 Bo co kt qu kho st a cht cng trnh thit k mng cc cn phi lp theo

    TCVN 4419:1987 v TCVN 9363:2012.

    Tt ccc c trng ca t cn phi a vo bo co c kn dbo khnng bin i ca cc

    iu kin a cht cng trnh v a cht thy vn trong khu vc (trong qu trnh thi cng v sdng

    cng trnh).

    Nu c th nghim thti tnh hay thti ng cc th phi a kt quvo bo co. Bo co kt qu

    xuyn tnh v xuyn tiu chun cn bao gm csliu vsc chu ti ca cc.

    Khi nc di t c tnh xm thc cn c kin nghvbin php bo vcc chng xm thc.

    Trong trng hp pht hin c cc lp t c th hay qu trnh a cht nguy him (cast, trt ..)

    khu vc xy dng cn phi cho sliu vsphn bv mc ca chng.

    5.19 Trong qu trnh kho st a cht cng trnh v nghin cu tnh cht t thit kv thi cng

    mng cc cn xt n nhng yu cu bsung, nu trongiu 9 niu 15 ca tiu chun ny.

    6 Phn loi cc

    6.1 Theo phng php hcc xung t phn bit cc loi cc chnh nhsau:

    a)Cc b tng ct thp c sn v cc thp, khi hkhng o t m dng ba ng, my rung, myrung p hay my p, kccc ng vb tng ct thp ng knh n 0,8 m hbng my rung m

    khng o moi t hoc c moi t mt phn nhng khng nhi b tng vo lng cc;

    b)Cc ng b tng ct thp hbng my rung kt hp o moi t, dng va b tng nhi mt phn

    hoc ton blng cc;

    c) Cc ng (p) nhi b tng ct thp, c thi cng bng cch p cng bc t nn (ln t)

    to lri b tng vo;

    d)Cc khoan (o) nhi b tng ct thp c thi cng bng cch b tng hoc hcc b tng ct

    thp xung hkhoan (o) sn;e)Cc vt, cu to tmi cc dng vt bng thp v thn cc l ng thp c tit din ngang nhhn

    nhiu so vi mi, hcc bng cch va xoay va n.

    6.2 Tutheo iu kin tng tc vi t nn m phn loi cc thnh cc chng v cc treo (cc ma

    st).

    6.3 Cc chng bao gm tt ccc loi cc ta vo nn , ring i vi cc ng, kccc ng vo

    nn t t bnn. Khi tnh sc chu ti ca cc chng theo t nn, c thkhng cn xt ti sc khng

    CH THCH: Nn c gi l t bnn khi t nn dng mnh vn th ln ct trng thi cht va v cht, t dnh trng

    thi cng, bo ho nc, c m un bin dng E050 Mpa.

    6.4 Cc ng (p) b tng ct thp c tit din c v cc ng rng lng c phn loi nhsau:

    a)Theo cch cu to ct thp phn loi thnh: cc c, cc ng c ct thp dc khng cng trc, c

    ct ai v cc c ct thp dc l thp thanh hoc thp si (chto t si thp cng cao v

    thp cp) c ng lc trc, c hoc khng c thp ai;

    b)Theo hnh dng tit din ngang phn loi thnh: cc c tit din vung, tit din chnht, tit din

    chT v chH; cc vung c li trn rng v cc trn rng (cc ng);

    c)Theo hnh dng mt ct dc phn loi thnh: cc hnh lng tr, hnh trv cc vt thnh (cc hnh

    thp, hnh thang);

    d)Theo c im cu to phn loi thnh: cc c lin khi v cc thp (ghp ni tcc on cc);

    e)Theo kt cu phn mi cc phn loi thnh: cc c mi nhn hoc mi phng, cc m rng mi

    dng phng hoc mrng mi dng khi (hnh inh gm), cc rng lng c mi kn, mi hhoc nmi.

    CH THCH: Cc ng nmi l cc c y mrng bng nmn c thi cng bng cch ng cc trn rng lng, phn

    mi c lp mi thp rng bt kn, to bu bng phng php n, sau nhi va b tng vo trong cc. Trong n mng

    phi c chdn thc hin cc nguyn tc thi cng khoan n, trong cn xc nh khong cch cho php k tnh hoc

    cng trnh hin c ti vtr gy n.

    6.5 Cc ng (p) nhi c phn loi theo bin php thi cng gm:

    a)Cc ng hoc p nhi c thi cng bng phng php h(ng, p hoc quay p) ng vch to

    l, y ng c bt bng tm hoc nt b tng. Tm c li trong t, rt dn ng vch

    ln theo mc nhi va b tng xung h;

    b)Cc nhi p rung thi cng bng cch nhi va b tng thcng vo hto sn, dng m di

    dng ng mi nhn c gn m rung m b tng;

    c) Cc nhi trong hp ln, thi cng bng cch p ln t to lhnh thp hoc hnh chp v nhi va

    b tng xung.

    6.6 Cc khoan hoc o nhi c phn loi theo bin php thi cng gm:

    a)Cc khoan nhi tit din c c hoc khng mrng mi, c hoc khng xl gia cng mi cc

    bng va xi mng. Khi b tng vo cc h khoan trong nn t st trn mc nc ngm thkhng gia cthnh h, cn trong nn t bt kdi mc nc ngm no th phi dng dung dch

    khoan hoc ng vch chuyn dng githnh;

    b)Cc khoan nhi, thi cng bng cng nghdng gung xon lin tc, lng cn khoan rng;

    c) Cc barrette thi cng to lbng cng ngho bng gu ngom hoc li phay t;

    d)Cc khoan nhi, mrng mi bng thit bchuyn dng hoc gy nmrng mi v nhi va b

    tng vo h;

    e)Cc khoan phun ng knh t0,15 m n 0,35 m, thi cng bng cch phun (bm) va b tng cp

    phi ht nhhoc va xi mng ct vo hkhoan sn, cng c ththi cng bng khoan gung xon

    f) Cc - trthi cng bng cch khoan to lkt hp mrng mi hoc khng mrng mi, ti ch

    lp va xi mng ct v hcc on cc xung hkhoan. Cc on cc c c dng hnh lng tr

    hoc hnh c cnh hoc ng knh 0,8 m v ln hn;

    g)Cc b tng ct thp c sn hxung hkhoan sn c hoc khng ng vu cc.

    6.7 Sdng cc vi ng vch li trong t vi cc trng hp khi khng thp dng gii php ktcu mng no khc (khi thi cng cc khoan nhi trong nn vi lu tc dng thm ln hn 200 m/ngy

    m, khi ng dng cc khoan nhi gia cchng trt mi dc v trong cc trng hp khc c

    cs).

    6.8 Cc b tng v b tng ct thp phi c thit kdng b tng nng theo TCVN 5574:2012 v

    TCVN 3118:1993. Cc b tng ct thp c sn khng tiu chun, cc ng nhi v cc khoan nhi,

    phi c c tb tng cp bn ti thiu l B15. i vi cc ng b tng ct thp ng lc trc

    dng b tng cp bn ti thiu l B30.

    6.9 i cc b tng ct thp dng cho mi loi nh v cng trnh phi c thit ktb tng nng

    theo TCVN 5574:2012, vi cp bn ti thiu B15 i vi i ton khi v B 20 i vi i lp ghp.

    6.10 B tng ti chvo hc ni ct b tng ct thp vi i cc dng cc, cng nhni u

    cc vi i cc dng bng lp ghp phi tun theo yu cu ca TCVN 5574:2012, nhng cp bn

    b tng khng thp hn B15.

    CH THCH : i vi mtrcu v cng trnh thu, b tng ti chchn cc mi ni cho cc cu kin lp ghp ca mng

    cc phi c cp cao hn so vi cp b tng ca cc cu kin cn ni ghp.

    7 Thit kmng cc

    7.1 Nhng chdn cbn vtnh ton

    7.1.1 Nn v mng cc phi c tnh ton theo cc trng thi gii hn:

    a) Nhm trng thi gii hn thnht gm:

    - Theo cng vt liu cc v i cc;

    - Theo sc khng ca t i vi cc (sc chu ti ca cc theo t);

    - Theo sc chu ti ca t nn ta cc;

    - Theo trng thi mt n nh ca nn cha cc, nu lc ngang truyn vo n ln (tng chn,

    mng ca cc kt cu c lc y ngang ), trong c ti ng t, nu cng trnh nm trn

    sn dc hay gn , hoc nu cc lp t ca nn thdc ng. Vic tnh ton cn kn

    cc bin php kt cu c thlng trc v ngn nga chuyn dch ca mng.

    b) Nhm trng thi gii hn thhai gm:

    - Theo ln nn ta cc v mng cc chu ti trng thng ng (xem 7.4);

    - Theo chuyn vng thi ca cc vi t nn chu tc dng ca ti trng ngang v momen (xem

    Phlc A);

    - Theo shnh thnh hoc mrng cc vt nt cho cc cu kin b tng ct thp mng cc.

    7.1.2 Trong cc php tnh nn mng cc cn kn tc dng ng thi ca cc thnh phn lc v cc

    nh hng bt li ca mi trng bn ngoi (th d, nh hng ca nc di t v tnh trng ca

    n n cc chtiu c- l t ).

    Cng trnh v nn cn c xem xt ng thi, ngha l phi tnh tc dng tng hgia cng trnh v

    nn bnn.

    Stnh ton hcng trnh nn hoc mng nn cn c chn la c kn nhng yu t

    cbn nht xc nh trng thi ng sut v bin dng ca nn v kt cu cng trnh (cc stnh

    nh ca cng trnh, c tnh xy dng, c im thnm ca cc lp t, cc tnh cht t nn v

    khnng thay i chng trong qu trnh xy dng v sdng cng trnh ). Nn kn slm vic

    khng gian ca kt cu cng trnh, tnh phi tuyn vhnh hc v vt l, tnh dhng, cc tnh do, t

    bin ca vt liu xy dng v t, spht trin ca cc vng bin dng do di mng.

    Vic tnh ton mng cc cn c tin hnh vi vic xy dng cc m hnh ton m tng xchc

    ca mng cc trng thi gii hn thnht hoc trng thi gii hn thhai. M hnh tnh ton c ththhin di dng gii tch hay phng php s. Vic tnh ton cc mng cc kch thc ln hoc

    tnh mng cc v b cng lm vic nn thc hin bng phng php s.

    Khi tnh ton mng cc cn kn cng ca kt cu ni cc u cc, phi a n vo m hnh tnh

    ton. Cn a vo stnh ton cnhng yu tsau:

    - Cc iu kin t nn khu vc xy dng;

    - Cha cht thy vn;

    - c im thi cng cc;

    - Sc mt ca cn lng di mi cc (i vi cc khoan nhi v barrette).Khi thc hin tnh ton bng phng php s, stnh ton hi cc - t nn cn c chn,

    kc cc thnh phn cbn nht quyt nh sc khng ca hny. Cn kn yu tthi gian v

    sthay i ti trng ln cc v mng cc theo thi gian.

    Stnh ton ca mng cc phi c xy dng theo cch, sao cho sai ssnghing vpha d

    tran ton cho kt cu cng trnh bn trn. nu sai sny khng thxc nh trc th cn xy dng

    cc phng n tnh ton v xc nh nhng tc ng bt li nht cho kt cu cng trnh bn trn.

    Khi sdng my tnh tnh mng cc cn lng n khnng khng xc nh, lin quan ti chc

    nng ca m hnh tnh ton v vic chn cc thng sbin dng v cng ca t nn. lmiu ny, khi thc hin cc php tnh sxc nh sc khng c thca cc n, ca nhm cc v

    mng cc - b nn so snh kt qutnh ton ca tng phn tca stnh vi kt qutheo phng

    php gii tch, cng nh so snh cc kt qu tnh ton theo nhng chng trnh a k thut khc

    nhau.

    7.1.3 Ti trng v tc ng a vo tnh ton, cc hstin cy ca ti trng cng nhcc thp ti

    trng phi ly theo yu cu ca TCVN 2737:1995.

    7.1.4 Khi tnh cc, mng cc v nn theo trng thi gii hn thnht phi tnh vi cc thp cbn

    v thp c bit ca ti trng tnh ton, khi tnh theo trng thi gii hn thhai th tnh vi cc thp

    cbn ca ti trng tiu chun.

    7.1.5 Cc ti trng v tc ng, cc thp ti trng v hstin cy ca ti trng khi tnh mng cc

    ca cu v cng trnh thuc ly theo yu cu ca cc tiu chun ngnh.

    7.1.6 Tt ccc php tnh ton cc, mng cc v nn mng phi dng cc c trng tnh ton ca vt

    liu v t nn.

    Trstnh ton vc trng vt liu lm cc v i cc cn ly theo yu cu ca TCVN 5574:2012.

    Tr s tnh ton v c trng t nn phi xc nh theo ch dn ca TCVN 9362:2012,

    TCVN 9351:2012 v TCVN 9352:2012, cn trstnh ton ca hsnn bao quanh cc Cz ly theo

    chdn ca Phlc A.

    Cng sc khng ca t nn di mi cc qbv trn thnh cc fixc nh theo chdn trong 7.2,

    7.3 v Phlc G.

    Khi c kt qukho st hin trng c tin hnh ng theo yu cu trong 7.3, vic xc nh sc

    chu ti ca cc theo t nn cn kn sliu xuyn tnh, xuyn tiu chun, hoc theo sliu thcc

    chu ti trng ng. Trong trng hp c kt quthcc chu ti trng tnh th sc chu ti theo t nn

    ca cc phi ly theo kt quthny, c xt n cc chdn trong 7.3.

    i vi nhng cng trnh, khng thc hin c vic th ti tnh cc ngoi hin trng, th nn xc

    nh sc chu ti ca cc theo mt strong nhng phng php trnh by trong 7.2, 7.3 v Phlc G

    c kn tm quan trng ca cng trnh.

    7.1.7 Tnh ton cc v i cc theo cng vt liu cn tun theo cc yu cu ca cc tiu chun

    hin hnh vkt cu b tng, b tng ct thp v thp.

    Tnh ton cc cu kin b tng ct thp ca mng cc theo shnh thnh v mrng vt nt theo cc

    yu cu trong TCVN 5574:2012; i vi cu v cng trnh thutheo cc tiu chun ngnh tng ng.

    7.1.8 i vi mi loi cc, khi tnh ton theo cng vt liu, cho php xem cc nhmt thanh

    ngm cng trong t ti tit din nm cch y i mt khong l1xc nh theo cng thc:

    Khi tnh ton theo cng vt liu cc khoan phun, xuyn qua tng t bin dng nhiu, vi m un

    bin dng ca t E05 Mpa, chiu di tnh ton cc chu un dc ldphthuc vo ng knh cc d

    v phi ly nhsau:

    khi E02 Mpa ly ld= 25 d;

    khi 2 < E05 Mpa ly ld= 15 d.

    Trng hp ldln hn chiu dy tng t nn mnh hgth phi ly chiu di tnh ton bng 2hg.

    7.1.9 Khi tnh cc ng hoc p nhi, cc khoan nhi v barrette (trcc - trv cc khoan th)

    theo cng vt liu, cng tnh ton ca b tng phi nhn vi h s iu kin lm vic

    cb= 0,85, kn vic b tng trong khong khng gian cht hp ca hv ng vch v nhn vi

    hscbkn phng php thi cng cc nhsau:

    a)Trong nn t dnh, nu c thkhoan v b tng kh, khng phi gia cthnh, khi mc nc

    ngm trong giai on thi cng thp hn mi cc th cb= 1,0;

    b)Trong cc loi t, vic khoan v b tng trong iu kin kh, c dng ti ng vch chuyn dng,

    hoc gung xon rng rut cb= 0,9;

    c)Trong cc nn, vic khoan v b tng vo lng hkhoan di di nc c dng ng vch gi

    thnh, cb= 0,8;

    d)Trong cc nn, vic khoan v b tng vo lng hkhoan didung dch khoan hoc di nc

    chu p lc d(khng dng ng vch), cb= 0,7.

    CH THCH :b tng di nc hay di dung dch khoan phi lm theo phng php ng di chuyn thng ng,

    hoc dng bm b tng.

    7.1.10 Kt cu ca mi loi cc phi c tnh ton chu ti trng tnh hoc cng trnh truyn vo.

    Ring i vi cc c sn cn phi tnh cc chu lc do trng lng bn thn khi chto, lp t v

    vn chuyn, cng nhkhi nng cc ln gi ba ti im mc cu cch u cc 0,3l (trong l l chiu

    di on cc). Ni lc do trng lng bn thn cc (ging ni lc dm) phi nhn vi hsxung kch

    ly bng:1,50 khi tnh theo cng ;

    1,25 khi tnh hnh thnh v mrng vt nt.

    Trong nhng trng hp ny hstin cy ca trng lng bn thn cc ly bng 1.

    nhhn 30 cm th ly k= 1, nu sc chu ti ca cc xc nh bng th nghim thti tnh.Gi trca ktrong () dng cho trng hp sc chu ti ca cc xc nh bng th nghim thti tnh

    ti hin trng; gi trngoi () dng cho trng hp sc chu ti ca cc xc nh bng cc phng

    php khc.

    CH THCH:

    1) Khi tnh ton cc loi cc, lc dc pht sinh trong cc do ti trng tnh ton N phi tnh ctrng lng ring ca cc c k

    n hstin cy lm tng ni lc tnh ton. Tuy nhin, trong cc php tnh sb, trng lng ring ca cc c thbqua.

    2) Nu tnh ton mng cc cho thp ti trng c kn ti trng gi hoc cu trc, th cho php tng 20 % ti trng tnh

    ton ln cc (trmng trng dy ti in).

    3) Nu theo hng tc dng ca ngoi lc, mng cc trcu cu to tmt hoc vi hng th ti trng (ng thi hoc ring

    l) do hm phanh, do p lc gi v va p tu vo cc chu ti ln nht, cho php tng ln 10 % khi mt hng c 4 cc v

    tng ln 20 % khi mt hng c 8 cc trln. Khi slng cc nm khong gia, mc tng ti tnh ton xc nh bng ni

    suy.

    7.1.12 Trring sc chu ti cc hn ca cc Rc,uv Rt,uc thxc nh theo cc phng php da

    vo cc chtiu cl t theo cc bng biu trong 7.2, hoc theo cc phng php tnh tondng kt

    quth nghim hin trng trong 7.3 v Phlc G. n gin ty vsau gi Rc,ul sc chu ti

    trng nn v Rt,ul sc chu ti trng ko ca cc.

    Trong trng hp nhng iu kin nn ging nhau, nu strring ca sc chu ti cc hn t hn 6,

    trtiu chun sc chu ti trng nn v chu ti trng ko ca cc ghi trong cng thc (2) v (3) phi ly

    bng gi trnhnht trong scc trring:Rc,k= Rc,u minv Rt,k= Rt,u min.

    7.3.1 Sc chu ti ca cc c thxc nh ngoi hin trng theo cc phng php th nghim th

    cc bng ti tnh, th nghim thcc bng ti ng v th nghim xuyn t. Trong th nghim th

    ti tnh nh gi chnh xc nht khnng chu ti ca cc v dng kim chng gi trsc chu ti

    ca cc xc nh bng cc phng php khc. Khi lng cc th nghim hin trng xem trongPh

    lc D.

    7.3.2 Quy trnh th nghim th ti tnh cc chu nn thng ng dc trc tun theo yu cu ca

    TCVN 9393:2012 Cc Phng php thnghim ti hin trng bng ti p tnh dc trc.

    Nu ti trng khi thti tnh cc chu nn t ti trslm cho ln S ca cc tng ln lin tc m

    khng tng thm ti (vi S 20 mm) th cc ri vo trng thi bph hoi v gi trti trng cp trc

    c ly lm trring ca sc chu ti Rc,uca cc th.

    7.4.1 Vic tnh ton ln ca mng cc (theo trng thi gii hn thhai) cho php thc hin vi cc

    ton nn mng cc phi m bo sao cho loi trc nh hng ca cc iu kin bin ti kt qu

    tnh ton.

    7.5.5 Khi tnh ton mng cn kn nh hng ca vic thi cng mho, cc kt cu bo v, trnh

    tthi cng cc khi, cc phn ca cng trnh v mc khng ng nht ca a tng.

    7.5.6 M hnh tnh ton ca mng nhiu cc cn c xy dng sao cho sai ssthin vpha an

    ton cho kt cu mng v kt cu bn trn ca cng trnh. Nu khng thdbo c cc sai lch

    ny th phi thc hin thm mt stnh ton v xc nh nhng tc ng bt li nht cho cng trnh.
