Journals Module TCM includes a double entry journal system with all the controls and reporting a finance team needs. TCM supports many different journal types, including general, reversing, ICB and recurring journals. Journals can be created from predefined templates or on an ad hoc basis. Predefined templates may include specific or calculation based values. Journals can be created and applied to any input or elimination entity within your model, providing a full audit trail of adjustments to the data, including user and time created and posted. Once posted, journals cannot be amended or deleted, preserving the reliability and integrity of the audit trail. TCM’s journal reporting module provides a specialised search function, giving users fast access to any journal data and insight into specific values connected to that information. And, TCM gives users full control over criteria selections in the journal search, allowing each report to be completely tailored to the company’s precise requirements.
