The pass holder further agrees to and acknowledges the policy whereupon cancellation, he/she must pay all fees owing up to and including the date of cancellation, in addition to a $40 cancellation fee per pass. Suspension Fee Upon payment of a $40 suspension fee, the pass holder is permitted to place any or all Annual Passes on hold one time during any 12-month period, provided that any such suspension period is at least one month and no longer than four continuous months in duration. If the pass holder pays by scheduled payments, all such payments will continue through the suspension period. Replacement Card Fee The pass holder is required to immediately report any lost or stolen pass(es) to the Tournament Capital Centre and is required to pay a $5 replacement fee for the reissue of every such pass.
