4.1. Histopatolojik Değerlendirme
Histopatolojik bulgular ışık mikroskobu ile Guitart et al.3.’nın yaptığı
çalışmadan baz alınarak üç major, iki minör kriter konularak incelendi. Major
16 olgudan altısında (%37,5), kontrol grubunda 18 olgudan ikisinde (%11,1)
klonalite saptandı (Şekil 22). Üç grup karşılaştırıldığında sonuçlar istatistiksel olarak
anlamlı bulundu (p: 0,000) (Tablo 8).
MF ve kontrol grubu karşılaştırıldığında, klonalite varlığı istatistiksel
olarak anlamlı bulundu (p: 0,000) (Tablo 9).
MF şüphesi ve kontrol grupları karşılaştırıldığında, klonalite varlığı
istatistiksel olarak anlamlı bulunmadı (p: 0,070) (Tablo 9).
MF ve MF şüphesi grupları karşılaştırıldığında, klonalite varlığı
istatistiksel olarak anlamlı bulundu (p: 0,005) (Tablo 9).
