Perhaps you could make up a quirky and uplifting news story. Present your work as a newspaper article. Have a plastic free day! If you go to the shops, make sure you take a reusable bag. Have a look at the wrapping on some of the food you eat – is it recyclable? Write a list of the things you did. Task 3 To mark Father’s Day this Sunday, make an effort for someone who you love. This could be your dad, a grandparent, an uncle, a brother, or your mam. Make your loved one a card and write a special poem inside; can you make it rhyme? Task 4 Maths: Have a go at solving the Solvemoji. Pay close attention to the symbols to avoid mistakes! Task 5 Artists like Matisse were well known for their bold and colourful collages. Draw a picture of your choice (it could be a sunset, a landscape, your favourite character, your favourite sport) and, using various materials found in your house and outdoors, make your own collage picture. You can use tissue paper, wrapping paper, food packets, leaves, petals etc. And if you don’t have glue at home to stick things down, make your own!
