Tracker service which is updated on a regular basis. The core business of TCL is to provide research and consultancy services

which are focussed on telecoms pricing.

The company was formed by Margrit Sessions who previously worked for 17 years with research company Tarifica and who has

been a Tariff Expert for the European Commission. As Managing Director of TCL she has extensive experience of global telecoms

pricing with the commercial implications of tariffs as part of a wider business strategy and is an acknowledged expert at telecoms

conferences and workshops on pricing and pricing trends. The Research Director of TCL in Keith Breed who has experience of

global telecoms gained prior to TCL as General Manager for Japanese operators NTT Europe and KDD Europe – following a num-
