In keeping with Hope Transplant Ministry’sVision "To be a Ministry committed to improving thelives of the individuals in the communities in which weoperate", we present this proposal as one of the toolsthat we believe would enable us to reach our targetedaudience and fulfill our Goals.

The Turn Around Project [TAP] is established toencourage persons from all areas of the society to play apart in the Rehabilitation of the Ex-offenders amongus.

Page 9: Tap part 1 and 2 presentatation - confidential

To be an Offender is punishable according to those Lawsand Regulations that Govern our judicial system. Wecan ALL agree to this, due process in keeping Law andOrder in our Community.

HOWEVER, being an Ex-offender means that one hasalready served his or her sentence for crimes committedand one should NOT have to suffer eternally at thehands of society being considered a reject, and then tobe discarded as one who is invaluable to society or thenation as a whole.

Let us be mindful that ….

Each part is made up of key Elements to complete thewhole.

VERY IMPORTANT - For this program to be a totalsuccess it MUST incorporate ALL Four PARTS and theirELEMENTS at the right sections of the program.

Personal Experience have taught us that TIMING is ofmost importance when dealing with Ex-Offenders.

They are those who have unpredictable behaviouralpatterns and also those who join programs for their ownpersonal benefit and nothing to do with the expectedoutcomes of the Project Managers.

This is where Training, Experience and Divine help arecrucial to the successful execution of said Program.
