is a specialist in the design and manufacture of a wide range of CNC rotary tables and index tables. At TANSHING we are dedicated to research and development and technological innovation continually.
From design, precision machining, to rigorous quality control, great care is taken to ensure an international quality level. TANSHING’s products are widely recognized in both domestic and overseas markets. The innovative dual lead worm drive system has been patented in Taiwan which is indisputable proof of the superior R&D capability of TANSHING. TANSHING has been certi�ed by AQSR ISO-9001 (U.S.A.). In order to ensure very high precision parts, TANSHING has invested heavily in various advanced machining equipment. 90% of our in-house parts machining allows us to fully control the parts accuracy, which provides a solid foundation for the superior quality of TANSHING CNC rotary tables and index tables.
TANSHING has always dedicated itself to pursuing higher levels of technology. It is always looking to the future, to new challenges and to new levels of high technology.
Mr. Wei Wu-Hsuing,established Jing-Yong-Taiwan Iron Factory as a machining �rm of large lathes with registered capital of NTD 30,000. Imported Japanese made precision Boring Machine (KULAKI,YAMAZAKI ) added into production for machining process, with register capital of NTD 1,000,000. Imported Japanese made CNC Horizontal Machining Center (MITSUI,OKK and TOSHIBA) added into production for machining process.HSIE-WEI was established as a precision machining �rm of milling head.With registered capital of NTD 4,000,000. Imported new facilities from USA,Switzerland and Japan, as a machining �rm for the CNC machining center and CNC rotary table.With registered capital of NTD 6,000,000 The company altered name as TANSHING with registered capital of NTD 12,000,000.Imported new facilities from USA, Germany, Switzerland and Japan, as a manufacturer of CNC Rotary Table. Granted a patent for the new invention of Dual Lead. Latter patent No. 098511. The brand names of TANSHING and RTT have been registered worldwide,we are active in joining international machine tools exhibition.

TANSHING imported KASHIFIFUJI Precision Worm Gear Hobbing Machine from Japan,and moved into newly factory building.New development of 5TH Axis CNC Rotary Table has been acclaimed by domestic and overseas users. TANSHING has been highly recognised and well-known worldwide. We will participate international exhibitions-Taipei show ( TIMTOS 97 ) in March, China-Beijing show ( CIMT 97 ) in April , and Europe Machine show ( EMO 97 ) in September,We also imported Japanese smitomo CNC MULTI-FACE grinding machine.

Dual Lead Worm Drive (wheel & gear) Features and Bene�ts● The worm-wheel made in special material aluminum bronze,containing Sn、Zn、Pb、Fe、Ni、Al、Mn、Cu.... etc.● The material of worm-wheel has high anti-tensile 、anti-pressure 、 anti-oxidant 、high toughness、abrasion、tensile strength of 650N/mm2 more、Elongation of 15% or less. Hardness at HB180 more. Wear consumption : 26.3mg/cm2 per 10000m● Developing “Indexable dual lead worm” with deeper teeth contact, larger contact area, bearing Large thrust, increase the rigidity and lower wear & tear for worm-wheel.● Worm machining equipments are replaced & purchased continually in order to ensure high precision accuracy of parts and shipment immediately. In general, the life will be 10~15 years when necessity to adjust accuracy.

Advantages of quality inspection● TANSHING has invested heavily in high-precision on specting equipment, now owns CMMs, Laser Interferometers, Straight Master and has established a complete quality inspection processes.● Expanding inspection personnel to integrate quality systems, the checklist each assembly process details are listed. All products are controlled strictly by senior sta� before delivery.
The wholly circular hydraulic clamping system employs a clamping sleeve to lock the entire disc by hydraulic pressure. Because the clamping position covers the entire disc circumference, a higher clamping force than those of conventional pneumatic disc clamping system also avoids disc surface deformation without a�ecting accuracy.

Backlash adjustmentDue to thread of "high teeth dual lead worm” is designed from small to Large pitch, there will cause backlash between worm-wheel & gear after long-term use. By shifting the worm longitudinally, the highest indexing accuracy is maintained on work table. Patent number 098511.

Explanation of Technical Terms Order Sheet for CNC Rotary Table
By indexing one rotation of the table equally to coincide with the times of tooth number of the worm gear and measuring the result in order, the di�erence between the theoretical turning angle of the table and actual measurement is obtained. As shown below, the indexing accuracy is equal to the sum of the maximum di�erence of the positive value and that of the negative value, as an absolute value.
Indexing operations for positioning at four determined angular positions as 0°, 90°, 180° and 270° are carried out �ve times in the direction for positive rotation, and the indexing angles are measured. As a result, the di�erence between the maximum and the minimum measurement at each angular position is obtained. Indexing operations for positioning in the direction for negative rotation and the measurement of the indexing angles are similarly carried out, and the di�erence between the maximum and the minimum measurement is obtained. The repeatability is equal to the maximum value of the di�erence obtained through both measurements.
This clamp torque covers only the clamping mechanism, not including self-locking caused by a worm gear. The clamp torque seen on the catalog are the �gures obtained when the rated pressure (35 kg/cm2 for hydraulic pressure and 5 kg/cm2 for pneumatic pressure) is supplied to the working �uid. If a more powerful clamp torque than speci�cied in the catalog is required, the supply pressure can be elevated to the maximum allowable pressure(50 kg/cm2 for hydraulic pressure and 7 kg/cm2 for pneumatic pressure) and the clamp torque can be proportionally increased.
This allowable wheel torque is equal to the allowable torque for the worm wheel when the table rotation is 1 rpm. The allowable torque for the worm wheel is subject to the standard stipulated by the Japan Gear Manufacturers Assocation.
