The VacFlush™ system uses a vacuum pump to draw storm water into a flushing chamber, the flushing water is held in place by a diaphragm valve. At the end of a storm event, the storm water is rapidly released, cleaning the tank floor. Low capital costs along with minimal operaonal costs make it the ideal soluon for large storm tank flushing requirements. Applicaons • Circular Storm Tanks – up to 65m diameter • Rectangular Storm Tanks – up to 150m in length • Sewer Networks – up to 250m in length Tipping Buckets Tipping Buckets are a simple cost effecve soluon for flushing smaller rectangular tanks and ideal for retrofit applicaons. The stainless steel bucket is installed between two walls of the storm tank on a bearing assembly, when filled with clean water the buckets centre of gravity shiſts and the contents spill to clean the tank. Suitable for rectangular tanks up to 50m long, depend- ing on available head & fall.
