Tammy’s Vegetable Soup 1 28-oz can whole tomatoes, cut in half 1 lb. frozen mixed vegetables 1 lb. frozen broccoli 2 cans kidney beans 1 large onion, chopped 4 cloves garlic, finely chopped 1 T basil 1 T minced onion 3 not -beef cubes or garden veggie cubes Add enough water to cover, and bring to a boil. Turn down, and simmer for 25 minutes
