[Enter Christina and Meredith with their hands tied]

MER: If you just untie my hands I’ll give you anything you want.

CHR: What I want is you to tell me the truth, are you still in love with Derek?

MER: I don’t know Christina! I’m happy with Finn and he’s happy with Addison.

CHR: Don’t try to fool yourself you’re not happy.

MER: I am happy Christina, I’m not lying.

[Christina strikes her]

[Enter Baptista]

Script continued...RIC: Ladies! What is going on here? [To Christina] What did she do to you that you hit her? You guys are surgeons, act like it!

CHR: She isn’t talking to me and I will get it out of her sooner or later.

[Christina goes at Meredith like she’s going to hit her again]

RIC: Really? You’re going to do that with me standing right here? Meredith, go check on my post-ops.

[Meredith exits]

CHR: You’re not going to let me explain?

RIC: I don’t want to hear it!

[Christina Exits]

Script continued...[Enter Alex, Owen, Derek, and Finn]

ALE: Good morning Dr. Webber.

RIC: Good morning Alex.

OWE: How do I talk to Christina?

ALE: Well that was subtle..

OWE: I’ve heard a lot about her, and I’d like to meet her. I’ve also brought my friend Finn with me.

RIC: You’re both welcome here, but I’m not sure Christina is the one for you.

OWE: I’m very anxious to meet her, does anyone know where she is?

Script continued...DER: Excuse me sir, but I am looking for Meredith. There is a lot she needs to learn, and I planned on helping her.

RIC: Someone please take Derek to Meredith.

[Exit Derek and Finn]

OWE: Sorry Dr. Webber but I’m in a bit of a hurry, but if I win her over do you think she would marry me?

RIC: As soon as you earn her love, I bet she would.

[Enter Finn]

FIN: I don’t know how to help Christina, I tried everything.

RIC: You don’t think she will ever learn?

Script continued...FIN: I don’t think so.

OWE: Now I really need to meet her!

RIC: Come with me Finn, don’t be discouraged, we will find a way to help her.

[Everyone exits but Owen]

OWE: I’ll wait here for her, I’m really forward to the wedding. She’s definitely the one.

[Christina enters]

Good morning Christina!

CHR: Good morning?

Script continued...OWE: I burn, I pine, I perish

CHR: Excuse me?

OWE: Come, my little wasp—you’re too angry.

CHR: You’re not much of a gentleman, are you?

OWE: I am, and you could find out if you go on a date with me.

[Enter Richard, Alex, and Derek]

RIC: Owen, how is it going with Christina?

OWE: I’d say it’s going quite well sir!

Script continued...RIC: Christina, are you okay?

CHR: This guy wants to marry me, of course I’m not alright!

OWE: I’ll make sure it happens.

ALE: She would rather you be gone Owen.

TRA: I see you’re not doing well with sticking to the plan Owen.

OWE: Just give me time gentlemen, and Christina, I will see you on Sunday!

[Christina and Owen exit]

RIC: Now it’s Meredith’s turn to find love, she deserves to marry only the smartest man. Whoever can promise the best learning opportunities can have her hand in marriage.

Script continued...ALE: I am the same year resident as she is.

DER: And I am an attending.

ALE: I have little knowledge to offer that she does not already have.

RIC: I will admit, I believe Derek is the most qualified.

[Richard exits]

ALE: Good bye.

[Alex exits]

DER: Now I have to decide between Mer
