1. Log in to your Video Communication Center. Then, move your cursor over the Video Emails tab and click the “Regular Video Emails” link under “Create Video Emails” to open your Video Email Studio.

2. You are now in your Video Email Studio. Want to create a template that is uniquely you? With the click of your mouse, you can easily select your inner and outer frame colors, choose a banner and pick one of over 300 images from our comprehensive Photo Library. You can even type in a personal greeting or upload your own banner or image to use. Once completed, you can use your personally-created template in a Video Email immediately or, after you add a video, you can also save it to use in the future.

3. You will also find over 1,000 pre-designed templates in multiple languages, perfect for business or personal use. Just click on any category in the menu on the left side of the screen, then click a subcategory to make your choices appear in a larger pop-up window. Talk Fusion Associates can even choose from a wide array of Talk Fusion Opportunity Templates or Talk Fusion Product Templates. They allow you to showcase our amazing Business Opportunity and Product in every Video Email you send!

Our award-winning graphic artists can also create a custom template designed to showcase your business or brand. Once your Custom Template is ready to use, you’ll receive an email notification that it’s been placed in your Video Email Center. Simply go to the Select Template > Select a Category drop down list and scroll down to Your Custom Template.

4. Once your template is complete, you are ready to add a video. With one click, you can record a live message with your web camera, import an existing video from your computer, retrieve a saved video or choose one of our many Fusion Pro Videos.

In this example, click the “Webcam” icon and create a video of your own.

5. Now are ready to record your own Video Email using your webcam. The system may ask for permissions to use your webcam and microphone. If so, click “Allow” and check the box next to “Remember” if you want the system to always be allowed to use your webcam and microphone.

6. Click on the central round “Record” button at the bottom of the player to record your personalized message. When you are done recording, press the “Record” button again.

7. Now you can watch your video, and re-record it if you are unsatisfied. When you are satisfied with your video message, click the “Save & Continue” disk icon to the right.

8. You will now be asked to name your new video. Type any name you choose.

Next, decide if you would like to post this video to the Fusion Wall. If you do, check “Make Public,” and some tags to make it easier for viewers to find your video through searches, and a brief description. If you do not want to post your video to the Fusion Wall, just click “Skip.”

9. You will be directed back to your Video Email Studio, which now includes options to add more videos to your Video Email, save your template and compose the text of your message.Let’s add more videos to your Video Email using Talk Fusion’s innovative Clip Merge system. You can add both professionally recorded Talk Fusion Pro Videos and your own saved videos to your message. For this tutorial, we will select a few Talk Fusion Pro Videos by clicking the “Pro Videos” option in the Add Video Clips button at the top of the window.

12. If you selected more than one video, a new pop-up

window will open with your videos pictured vertically. You can re-order them easily by simply clicking on the images and dragging them up or down.

When you have the videos in the order you want them, click the I Am Done Sorting button.

10. In the pop-up window, select a category of Fusion Pro Videos. We’ll select “General Business.”

11. Check the boxes under the videos you would

like to use. With Video Auto Responders, you can select just one video or as many as you like!

When you are finished, click the Use Selected Video/Sort Selected Videos button.

13. You can save this template to the Your Saved Templates category in your Video Email Studio by clicking the Save Template button, and giving it a name. You can also make it your default template just by checking the appropriate box.
