The slides of the talk I gave at Startup Müsli in Kibla, Maribor in November 2012. In the talk I presented how software development in startups differs from programming as done at school, in personal projects, or at more classical software development companies. Namely, the primary role of a programmer in a startup is not to play with the latest and greatest (unreliable) technology, but being an integral part of a product discovery team.
