Automatic writing: a method of producing writing where the writer suppresses conscious control, allowing the subconscious mind to take over.

Starting with a blank canvas [literally…] create something new using the process of deconstruction

Activity 4How can we
hang on to a dream?
From the starting point of a remembered dream develop a piece by adopting the techniques of automatism and chance and allowing outside influences to determine the progress and outcome of the work
