TREATMENT OPTIONS

In the early stages of cataracts, glasses may

be used to treat vision loss, but over time, it

will become necessary to treat the lens itself.

Several surgeries exist to remove the

cataract and replace the cloudy lens with a

clear, artificial one. This is usually an

outpatient procedure.
