WP1 Analysis of the needs (1)Objective: Identify and concrete the real training needs of the

professionals from the Suceava aria 1. Prepare the report about the tourism in Suceava aria and the specific

training needs in the tourist sector in this aria:

• Contribute to the development of questionnaire for identification the training needs;

• Translate it in Romanian language;• Collaborate with APT Bucovina for statistical analyse of the results;• Prepare together with APT Bucovina the wrote report with the

following structure:• General presentation of the Suceava aria and surrounding rural aria ;• State of the art in this tourism aria;• Training needs analysis

WP 2 DESIGN OF THE TRAINING CONTENT AND ADAPTATION OF THE FENICIA METHODOLOGY 01/03/07 – 30/09/07

Objective: Design of a training methodology that responds to the needs identified in WP1 and design of the ICT tools ( website and on-line platform )

Adaptation of the FENICIA training methodology to the tourism sector Elaborate the Business Training module: establish the

structure of the modules ( the units and the content ) Prepare the focus group of the project, formed mainly from owners of

pensions from Suceava aria, but not only (Chamber of Commerce, Industry and Agriculture, 6 local agencies of tourism, Town Hall from Vatra Dornei).

Objective To disseminate and exploit the project results at local, national and European levels

1. Spreading the information about the project; 2. Presentation of the project in the web site of APT BUCOVINA and link in

web site of CIDAf;

3. Spread the leaf let of the project in several important events:

a) two thematic monitoring conferences organinzed by Leonardo da Vinci Agency from Romania

Learning outcomes, Qualifications: Transparency contributing to Employability”

b) 6th Open forum of Innovation and Technology Transfer ( Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Bucharest, 19-20 March )

c) Meetings with APT Bucovina members

TRAINING NEEDS ANALYSIS In order to identify the training need of staff

from local tourism companies which are members of Association for Tourism Promotion „BUCOVINA” we used the questionnaire proposed by the coordinator of the FORESTUR project.

A number of 26 questionnaires were collected from the companies presented below
