PROGRAMRECOMMENDATION

SIMPLE, EASILY UNDERSTOOD PROFILES CAN IS USED TO:

• Quickly build productive working relationships

• Develop better communication for high-performing teams

• Raise self-awareness and personal effectiveness

• Build mutual trust and understanding

• Aid in understanding how to communicate between departments

• Create a better working culture within the team

In addition, your profiles can be used for amyriad of functions after the workshop iscomplete. To give a sprinking of examples;

• Personal development coaching andself awareness

• Ongoing professional development

• Internal/external recruitment

• Restructuring

• Creating project teams

• Conflict management

• Talent management

• Emotional intelligence

We have put forward two different profilemethodologies for you to choose from.

The Dove, Owl, Peacock, Eagle PersonalityProfile is a very simple option that allows forimmediate understanding and therefore canbe applied simply and easily within anycontext. It is so simple to understand andapply (once you know how) it could be used toimprove communication even at a family BBQ.

The other is a slightly more comprehensiveprogram - Belbin that allows for more depth ofunderstanding. While Belbin is thoroughlybacked by science, it still has the benefits ofusing simple, every day language that is easilyunderstood and used in everydayconversations. This makes it much easier tofor conversations to flow/the information to beapplied well after the workshop has beencompleted.

PERSONALITY PROFILE WORKSHOP

Your mind uses a large chunk of energy just okeep going every day. The use of simpletools that can be immediately understoodand applied is a great benefit to anyworkplace.

The DOPE bird personality test is one of thosesimple - "you don't have to be a psychologist,"fun, and useful tools that is great to add toyour personal development toolbox.

It is based on simple, everyday commonlanguage that makes it easy to explore andincrease understanding and communicationwith the people within your team.

There are certainly more complex testsavailable but I've found the DOPE Bird Test tobe the most useful, most fun, and mostmemorable test that has immediate impact.
