How to download & Install

Android 4.0.4 (ICS) on

TabTop7.4

Step 0

Please take the backup of all your important data before

installing Android 4.0.4 on your TabTop, otherwise you

may lose your important data such as documents,

videos, pictures etc. Connect Usb cable to the TabTop & then click on "USB Connected"

Then click on "Turn on USB storage"

Now system will show the following window . Click on "Open

folder to view files"

Now copy and save your data from TabTop drive to any other

external storage device or your computer hard disk.

Go to http://www.milagrowhumantech.com/

Then click on 4.0.4 upgrade

Download the 4.0.4 image file on your computer

Download the update tool on your computer

Click on TabTop-7.4 Update Tool and Instruction Guide

Save file on your desktop

Wait for the download to start

Wait till download is completed

Open the folder where the file is saved

Extract the files of the update tool on your desktop

1. Then go inside the extracted files and double click on the

LiveSuitPack_version1.06_20100708

Select Yes to let the program make the changes to your computer

2. Double Click LiveSuitPack_version_1.07_2011026

3. Double Click on LiveSuit.exe file.

A window will open up welcoming you to Live Suit.

Select Yes

Then select "format"

Select Yes for new image file from your desktop an open it

Open “Milagrow 4.0.4Software.final”

Now click on Finish

Step 5.1 Installing Android 4.0.4 on the TabTop

1.Now power off your TabTop 7.4 completely.

2.Put USB cable in the TabTop, while keeping the back button of

the TabTop pressed.

3.Then connect the other end of the USB wire to your computer.

A window of live suit will open up on your desktop

1.Select Yes on the desktop and then select "format upgrade" (This

is the one which is not marked as recommended option. So be

careful in the selection)

2.Then again press YES

Wait till the process ends

Now the window should show update success.

1.Remove the USB cable and then power on the TabTop 7.4

2.The Tabtop will show the message –

"Make yourself at home."

Select okay.

3.Leave the TabTop 7.4 alone for 15 minutes. Slowly all the

applications will configure in the new firmware

4.Now your TabTop 7.4 is ready to use with the Android 4.0.4

In case the process is not working then please

perform the following check…….

Step 7.1: Download the file, from www.winmd5.com:

Step 7.2: Run the winmd5.exe file.

Step 7.3: The below dialogue box appears after running the

winmd5.exe file. Now click on browse.

Step 7.4: After computing the current file's checksum value is

displayed.

Step 7.5: Enter checksum value that is found in the webite or the

.md5 file and click on verify.

Step 7.6: If the file is not corrupted and has been downloaded

without any virus, the original and the current values match.
