Data prior to Fall 2008 is extremely difficult to get and must be requested from institutional research. Expect significant delays (months).

Give us the real date. We have been very good at meeting deadlines. Please do not pad your request.

If this is a recurring request then tell us. If you would like on-going access as a dashboard then tell us. If you think the dashboard will be helpful for other departments then tell us.

- This is basically the same text as the Statement of Responsibility

- Check the box and continue to the dashboards tagged for your position

- Log in with your normal Link Blue ID and Password

Select the dashboard you are interested in by clicking on it. Some have multiple sheets with different views and options.

Ensure the correct selection is made on the filters. If your data appears incorrect, this is often the cause.

- Data comes directly from SAP. It is current as of approximately 2 A.M. each day.

If you get lost within the server just go to the tag drop down menu on the left of the page and select your tag (DM, Chair, Advisor, etc) and you will go right back to the workbooks we have built for you.
