PT. Multi Asih Pratama (MAP) was established in 1986, Based on Ministry of Finance Republic Indonesia

Decree No: 312/KMK.017/1994 and is officially registered as a member of The Indonesian Insurance and

Reinsurance Broker Association (APPARINDO) starting from 1987. Unfortunately, due to the lack of skilled

employees, MAP was considered inferior in the Insurance Broker industry.

However, on May 2000, strong focus and new business plan was developed, that is to employ respected

and highly experienced professionals from the market place. Since then, in what has only been a short

amount of time, we have successfully handled various prestigious corporate accounts.

To further strengthen our technical expertise and global networking, on 1 November 2008, we formed an

association with PWS East Asia, which is a member of THB Group plc. We are also in association with

HOWDEN, a London Insurance Broking Group and Lloyd’s of London, Which gave our Clients and us the

access to the Global Reinsurance Market.

Adi Nurtjipto – President Director

Adi Nurtjipto began his career with MAP as Director in 2003 and was promoted to President Director 7

years later in 2009. He has more than 25 years’ experience working with both Insurance Companies and

Insurance Brokers, such as Mitsui Marine Indonesia and AON Indonesia. Over this period of time, he has

dealt with various corporations/clients in primary industries, including Telecommunications, Mining, and

Public Transportation Companies.

During his time with MAP, he worked overseas as an Intern with some prestigious Lloyds Brokers including

THB and RKH Specialty Ltd, both for the Singapore and London – UK offices. He was also the insurance

technical Department Head of the “Indonesian Insurance and Reinsurance Broker Association”, also known

as APPARINDO in 2010-2016.

He holds Master Degree in Economics from Academy of Economic IPWI Jakarta, along with professional

qualifications such as ANZIFF (Fellow), CIP, AICLA, ICRM, ACII, and CIIB.

Haryo Topo – Account Executive

Haryo Topo joined MAP in 2011 as a Senior Account Executive; he has been in the Insurance Industry for

more than 20 years acting as a Chief Underwriter at PT. Asuransi Mitsui Marine Indonesia, as General

Manager of a Contractor company, and as Deputy to Branch Manager at ABDA Insurance Company. He is

also a partner to “Sunu & Partner Law Firm” located in Pekalongan.

He holds Bachelor of Management from Atma Jaya Catholic University of Indonesia and Bachelor of

Management in Finance & Banking from Swadaya Academy of Economics.

Karsono – Technical Coordinator

Karsono joined MAP as a Technical Coordinator in 2015, he has been working in the Insurance Industry for

more than 20 years, 10 of which was spent at AON Indonesia as an Account Executive and also as Assistant

Manager, and 3 years at Marsh, as an Account Executive.

He attended various trainings and seminars related in Insurance such as Risk Management and Business

Interruption Insurance, which was hosted by LPAI Jakarta.

Budi Nuryadin – Account Executive

Budi Nuryadin joined MAP as an Account Executive in 2016, he has more than 10 years’ worth of

experience working in Insurance Industry, he was positioned as Financial Staff, Head of Technical and

Claims, and as a Loss Adjuster. On top of that, he attended various Insurance courses and seminars hosted

by LPAI and AAMAI, which then granted him the title AAAIK.

He holds Bachelor of Management in Financial & Banking from Perbanas Institute of Jakarta.

Haryono – Account Executive

Haryono joined MAP as an Account Executive in 2012, he has in excess of 20 years’ experience in an

Insurance industry, 16 of which was gained from working at Raya Insurance Jakarta, with various job

positions such as Reinsurance Staff, Internal Audit Section Head, Chief Underwriter, and finally as the Head

of Reinsurance Department.

He attended various Insurance Courses and Training held by LPAI, JII, and HTM Jakarta.

Gunadi Setiawan – Claim Handler

Gunadi Setiawan started his career at MAP as Claim Handler in 2011, he has been in the Insurance Industry

for more than 10 years, specifically in the Claim Department& Customer Service at PT. Delta Internusa, As

well as an Insurance Consultant in some Jakarta Law Firms.

He holds Bachelor of Laws from The Tama University of Jakarta.
