OLD RECIPES INFORMATORY MEETINGOur Second Director of the Prison is an expert about local food.

He claims to know 300 different kinds of traditional food and he is also talented about cooking.

OLD RECIPES INFORMATORY MEETING We held a meeting about different kinds of OLD RECIPES.

Second director Mehmet İNCİ mentioned about ten recipes and the way to cook them

OLD RECIPES INFORMATORY MEETINGThe inmates wanted to study closely on some certain kinds and they offered to start a competition of old recipes.

They chose 7 recipes and evaluated them according to some criterias such as:

-Must be very old,so about to be forgetten

-Must be delicious

-Must be practical

HÜNKAR BEĞENDİIt is a traditional food going back to Ottaman Times.

-Grilled eggplant-Lamb-Yoghurt-Pepper-Spices….

ART IN OLD RECIPES

An inmate is very good at painting.

He paints the booths in the garden.

He will work on food related images this week.

He has a paiting about slow food in his mind.

ART IN OLD RECIPES The inmates have hobby rooms. They can

spend time there.

They build a plastic fruit tree to always remember “Without Chemicals”!!
