The console will beep three times. The treadmill is now in engineering mode. • The distance window displays the model number. • The time window displays the software version. (Example: “S802”). • The profile matrix window displays MI (miles) or KM (kilometers) STEP 2 • Press the “STOP” button. The console will beep three times. You are now in the main engineering menu. MANUAL CALIBRATION MODE, ENG1 STEP 3 • Press “ENTER” button, “P6” will appear in display. STEP 4 MINIMUM SPEED (P0) • Press “ELEVATION DOWN” to “P0”. Press “ENTER” button. The belt will begin to move. The speed window should display approximately “.50”. If not “.50” use “SPEED” buttons to adjust. The time window should display a number within the range of “415 - 425”. • If changes have been made, press and hold the “ENTER” button, to save changes, or press the “STOP” button to exit back to menu. STEP 5 SP1 SPD (SP1) • Press “ELEVATION UP” button to “SP1”. • Press “ENTER” button. The belt will begin to move. The speed window should display approximately “1.8”. If not “1.8” use “SPEED” buttons to adjust. The time window should display a number within the range of “1870 - 1885”. • If changes have been made, press and hold the “ENTER” button, to save changes, or press the “STOP” button to exit back to menu. • If changes have been made, press and hold the “ENTER” button, tosave changes, or press the “STOP” button to exit back to menu.
STEP 10 MAXIMUM ELEVATION (P5) • Press “ELEVATION UP" button to ““PP55””, ““EELLEE MMAAXX””.• Press “ENTER” button. The time window should display a number
between a range of ““661155 -- 663300””. If the number does not fall within therange, use the “SPEED” buttons to change the number in the elevationwindow within the range.
• If changes have been made, press and hold the “ENTER” button, tosave changes, or press the “STOP” button to exit back to menu.
STEP 11 EXIT TO ENG1 (P17) • Press “ELEVATION UP” button to ““PP1177””.• Press “ENTER” button.• Press and hold “STOP” button to return to the main user program window.
