SCC Web Client Site (Enhanced) • The SCC Web Client is now multi-site aware. From the login page users are able to select from a list of sites, or set a default site from the URL, or have the default site set automatically based on their login. • The selected site value determines which libraries are available for search by that user. • The selected site value automatically populates popup lists with site specific values for publication, edition, section etc., as well as reporter, photographer, editor etc. • If enabled, the user has the option of selecting one or more additional sites in order to perform an aggregate search for multimedia content from other sites stored within the MediaServer 8 system. • When additional sites are selected, popup lists are dynamically modified to include list values from the other selected sites. • The library list has now been replaced by a series of checkboxes for each “Media Type”. These checkboxes operate in conjunction with the Site list in order to automatically target MediaServer 8 libraries configured individually by site and by media type. • New inline calendar provides compatibility with iOS operating systems.
