The Human Body System
(First Quarter)
The transformation of the Philippine Education System brought about by economic and modern era is a challenge not only to the government but to the teachers and students
as well. Learners should develop the 21stCentury Skills as primary goal of the K-12 Curriculum.
The Science IV subject designed for GradeIV pupils offers various ways of constructing and understanding of science and health concepts, developing the skills for scientific
inquiry, solving problems, communicating scientific ideas and results for making informed decisions, and developing attitudes and values that would benefit themselves, society
and the environment.
At the end of the quarter, the learner is expected to develop functional understanding and application of Science and Health concepts, basic and integrated process/life skills
and acquire values, attitudes and practices related to the Body Systems and how to take care of it.

The transformation of the Philippine Education System brought about by economic and modern era is a challenge not only to the government but to the teachers and students
as well. Learners should develop the 21stCentury Skills as primary goal of the K-12 Curriculum.
The Science IV subject designed for GradeIV pupils offers various ways of constructing and understanding of science and health concepts, developing the skills for scientific
inquiry, solving problems, communicating scientific ideas and results for making informed decisions, and developing attitudes and values that would benefit themselves, society
and the environment.
At the end of the quarter, the learner is expected to develop functional understanding and application of Science and Health concepts, basic and integrated processes/life skills,
