Our response• Divide the job roles within Sydney TAFE into key groupings

• For each of these key groupings develop a capability and performance profile

• Use the profile to summarise as clearly as possible what is expected for each employee group to know, do and demonstrate

• Use web links within the profile to provide expanded and more detailed information

When we will be using this?• Phase 1 of the project is completed to have a draft of all the profiles

across the 8 groupings

• Phase 2 will create the on line capability of the tool including ability to import all the relevant profiles into positions descriptions, work plans, learning and development plans, performance reviews

The timeframe is for this to be completed is October to allow a testing phase with our stakeholders prior to the start of the new year
