Bakery & ConfectioneryThe Bakery & Confectionery Lab will be used for all the baking and confectionary requirements as per the syllabus. The front office lab, which is considered the first point of contact with guests, will include a reception desk, EPABX, well decorated lobby, bell desk, lobby manager desk and a lounge area. In this lab, the students are trained for receiving information, billing, guest registration and guest relation. In addition, emphasis is on manners, courtesy, communication skills, social skills, and handling of different type of situations. The housekeeping lab is equipped with the most modern equipments and guest supplies and linen, required for accommodation upkeep and other related jobs.
