SWIFT™ List2Campaign

SWIFT™ List2Campaign is a web based tool that facilitates the loading of client records from a source system file (e.g. Client Database/CRM) into the Genesys Outbound calling format. The solution allows one or more users to create record loading processes by defining data mapping between the system file and the Genesys calling list. The defined processes are saved within the application, and can either be run in a scheduled basis or on demand.

For any Genesys Outbound Implementation, one of the key steps is to determine the process to translate client records into a format that can be used by the Genesys OCS solution. This typically involves developing customized queries or applications as part of each Outbound project. The custom development effort represents risk to the success of the project. The custom code that provides the most basic functionality is often only known by a few key members of the project team. As well, any new business requirement, which could be as simple as adding a new data field or creation a new outbound campaign, can result in an IT project which must be planned, scheduled and prioritized.
