Cosmin – Horatiu Jieanu has founded SC SWAT FORCE SRL in 2006, following a 6-year profesional security career with security companies. 2006 – SC SWAT FORCE SRL is founded in order to provide highly professional security services for government, non-government organisations, corporations and prominent individuals.

S.C. SWAT FORCE S.R.L. is a romanian company, established according to the Law 31/1990, and registered with the Office of the Commercial Registry at no. J40/17186/2006, with the Unic Registration Number RO 19141710.

2007 - SC SWAT FORCE SRL gets the Licence no. 0969/P, issued by the Ministery of Interior.

Headquarters : – social: Aleea Apostol Margarit, nr. 2, Sector 3, Bucuresti

– operational: Strada Mantuleasa, nr. 4, Sector 3, Bucuresti

Operations: offices in 30 counties. Major offices are in Pitesti, Craiova, Timisoara, Arad, Deva, Hunedoara, Oradea, Satu Mare, Baia Mare, Cluj, Sibiu, Tairgu Mures, Suceava, Botosani, Iasi, Bacau, Focsani, Galati, Braila, Buzau, Ploiesti.

The security peronel is legally licensed by the police and is highly trainned by experienced trainners.

CLOSE PROTECTION:

We offer a variety of high quality close protection services to ensure the personal security of diplomats, business people and VIP's in a range of environments.

We will provide you with a highly professional and experienced protection team. All of our bodyguards are trained to the highest level in a wide variety of tactical, protective and security related

subjects including first aid, protocol and diplomacy. Most bodyguards come from an ex-military or police background and all are widely experienced in the field of close protection.

We recognize that each client has specific needs and desires, which are assessed and addressed individually. Solutions are then planned and tailored to meet the most rigorous demands.

Valuables transportation department has its own armored means, approved by the certified authorities, as well as trained and properly equipped staff.

People work with tools. Our most essential tool is communications. We have implemented a command, control, communications, information and computer system tailored to our present and future needs.

ALCATEL communication center, provided by Romtelecom, capable of carrying a very large amount of voice and data communications;

GSM voice and data network, extended to each and every employee working at any time;

Alarm data network to monitor every electronic alarm system connected to our central monitoring station;

Guard tour data network to monitor the manned guard security posts;

Radio handheld, mobile and fix terminals to provide site and mobile patrols intercommunications.

5. HUMAN RESOURCES

As a security services provider, we are aware that our people are creating

the added value. So we are always very serious about the quality of our

employees. And we also understand that recruiting and selection are only

the first steps to a professional career which goes on through a

continuous process of professional training.

And our training standards are what set us apart.  We employ human factors and instructional

design professionals, instructors, software developers, and trainers that have expertise in a broad

range of disciplines and use leading-edge multimedia training approaches. We use curricula that

blend classroom learning with interactive computer-based simulations to make learning and

performance verification as real-world as possible.

We cope with the distances using on-line solutions, mobile training teams or training providers.
