Suzhou DK lighting Co., Ltd founded in March, 2011

It is a sub-company of DSBJ (Stock number is 002384).

Total invest 20M RMB.

So far, DK has grown up a big team of hundred person

quickly, and has multiple series lighting products.

DK mainly focus on LED lighting researching, developing,

manufacturing , and sales.

Management team introduction/Our Culture

DK invited several senior professional Managers from world-famous

enterprises, such as Hitachi, Emerson. They bring advanced

management idea and techniques to DK.

DK is provided with perfect production system and complete quality

monitor and control system.

“ZERO Scrap Rate” is quality policy of DK.

DK is all encouraged by the faith that 1% defectives in production

means 100% ones for customers.



RD team structure

DK RD is constituted by 5 design teams: Power design, Optic design,

Mechanical design and Thermal design, Electronics Design.

RD director was from CNOOC, more than 15years experience of

develop team leader. Over 30 years RD experience.

EE manager was from Emerson, over 10years RD experience.

PSU manager was from Andrew, over 10years PSU develop experience.

ME manager was from Andrew, over 10 years mechanical development

experience, know well thermal design, IE, lighting distribution,
