*BSAB100 : Kulis kalýnlýðý 100 mm olan dikdörtgen susturucu.*BSAB200 : Kulis kalýnlýðý 200 mm olan dikdörtgen susturucu.

Ürün kasasý boyutuna göre 0,8 mm ile 1,5 mm arasý galvanizli sacdan, kulisleri ise boyutuna 0,7 mm ile 1 mm arasý galvanizli sacdan imal edildikten sonra hazýr flanþ ve flanþ köþe parçalarý monte edilmektedir.

Klima ve havalandýrma sistemlerinde meydana gelen sesin yutumunu saðlamak için kullanýlýrlar. Susturucuda kullanýlan kulis geniþlikleri 100 mm ve 200 mm olup içindeki dolgu malzemesi 2 adet 50 mm kalýnlýðýnda 50 kg/m3 yoðunluðundaki bir yüzü cam tülü kaplý cam yünüdür. Kullanýlan cam yünü DIN 4102 standardý A2 sýnýfýna uygun yanmaz özellikte olup, çürüme ve rutubete karþý dayanýklýdýr. Cam yününün hava ile temas eden yüzeyinin cam tülü ile kaplý olmasý 20 m/s’ye kadar olan yüksek hava hýzlarýnda yüzeyden partikül uçmasýný engeller. Ayrýca susturucular flanþlý olarak imal edilmekte olup, kullanýlan mastikli flanþlar 20 mm, 25 mm, 30 mm, 35 mm lik olup; 20 ve 25 mm lik mastikli flanþlarda montaj için M8 cývata ve somunlar, 30 ve 35 mm lik mastikli flanþlarda ise M10 cývata ve somunlar kullanýlmaktadýr.

* Giriþ ve çýkýþ aðýzlarýndaki flanþlardan cývata ve somunlarla dikdörtgen kanala montaj.

*BSAB200 : Rectangular sound absorber whose splitter thickness is 200 mm

After product casing is manufactured from 0,8 mm - 1,5 mm galvanized sheet according to its

dimension, its splitters are from 0,7 mm - 1 mm galvanized sheet, as for, prepared flange and flange

corner pieces are installed.

Rectangular sound absorbers are used for providing the absorbtion of the sound occuring in air conditioning and ventilation systems. The width of the splitters that are used in sound absorbers are 100 mm and 200 mm and the filling materials inside the splitters are 2 pieces of glasswools that have one surface coated with fiberglass with 50 mm thickness and 50 kg/m3 density. The glasswool that is used has the property of being nonflammable according to DIN 4102 A2 class and is resistant to decay and moisture. Glasswool’s surface that is in contact with air being coated with fiberglass prevents particles fly from the surface in high air velocities up to 20 m/s. Also, sound absorbers are manufactured with flange and the flanges with mastic that are used are 20 mm, 25 mm, 30 mm, 35 mm and; M.8 bolt and nuts are used for installation in 20 and 25 mm flanges with mastic, M.10 bolt and nuts are used in 30 and 35 mm flanges with mastic, as for.

Diðer taraftan, BSAB-R&P modeli susturucuda ilave olarak ortada bulunan podun dýþ yüzeyi perfore galvaniz sacdan ve içi ise DIN4102 Standardý A2 sýnýfýna göre yanmaz özellikte bir tafaý cam tülü ile kaplý cam yününden imal edilmektedir.

Klima ve havalandýrma sistemlerinde birbirlerine hava kanallarýyla baðlý mahaller arasýnda hava kanallarý vasýtasýyla oluþan ses iletimini önlemek için kullanýlýrlar. Kullaným alanlarý ise görüþme salonlarý, ofisler, hastane odalarý, müzik odalarý, muayenehaneler gibi mekanlardýr.

The external surface of the BSAB-R model round absorber is manufactured from galvanized sheet, the internal surface that is exposed to air flow is from perforated sheet, the filling material that is used between two surfaces is manufactured from rockwool with 50 mm

3thickness, 50kg/m density and property of being nonflammable accoring to DIN4102 Standard A2 Class. On the otherhand, in the BSAB-R&P model sound absorber, the external surface of the pod that is positioned as extra in the middle is manufactured from perforated galvanized sheet and the internal surface of the pod is manufactured from glasswool with one side coated by fiberglass according to DIN4102 Standard A2 Class.

Round sound absorbers are used for preventing sound transmission occuring via air ducts between the places connected to each other with air ducts in air conditioning and ventilation systems. Usage areas are places such as parlours, offices, hospital rooms, music rooms, consulting rooms, as for.
