    Areconsciousof the WhitePaper on Tourismand sharing itscommitment to Responsible Tourismasthemost appropriateapproach to tourismin South Africa

    Endorsethe recognition of the White Paper on Tourism that all stakeholdersshould takeresponsibili ty for realising thepri nciplesof Responsible Tourism

    Recogniset hepri nciples and responsibili ties set out in theCape Town and Kerala Declarationsendorsing South AfricasNational Responsible Tourism Guidelines

    Arecognisant of South AfricasNati onal Minimum Standardsfor Responsible Tourism

    Areawareof theCity of Cape TownsResponsible Tourism Policy, its intenti on to develop Cape Town asa responsible destination , and theCitys

    commitment to Responsible Tourism asan approach t o destination management

    Commit to maketourismmoresustainable, and accept that it ist heresponsibility of all stakeholdersi n tourismto achievemoresustainable formsof tourism

    As signatories, we commit to:

    Work towardsdeveloping, operating and marketing tourism in a manner that upholdstheguiding principlesfor Responsible Tourism, being tourismt hat:
