• create resource-efficient and environment-friendly transport system and engineering infrastructure;

• reduce investment risks in the project.

• conserve endangered and threatened flora and fauna species, wetlands;

• preserve existing arboretum, introduce landscape and site development plan;

• create children’s theme park, sporting and recreation facilities, eco hotels, eco centers etc;

• consider the needs of bicyclists, pedestrians, people with disabilities, and others;

• retain and preserve existing topography;

• eliminate negative impacts for the environment during the construction process and the life-cycle of the building.

• carry out the environmental life cycle assessment, life cycle costing, and environmental benchmarking at the planning phase;

• develop infrastructure for the environmentally friendly modes of transport;

• create green roofs, winter and vertical gardens; • use energy efficient lighting, motion detectors and daylight dimming;• apply smart energy and water monitoring systems, renewable energy

resources; • building insulation, install natural ventilation systems;• use certified eco-friendly materials, reuse and recycle finishing materials; • introduce system for separate collection of solid waste.
