(find subsidies, bonus…, help the building actors, promote

the replicability of the buildings )

2 Vote strong Energy policy *

(based on the local stock + round tables with ALL the

actors)

3 Reinforce and organize the market

(convince all the building professionals,

reinforce administration, supports, trainings, … )

•Subsidy, incentives : what if I give you

100 €/m2 for residential (ex:200 000€)

50€/m2 for non-residential

for all, no matter who, no matter the destination ! Max 200 000 €!

•Yearly call of projets « Exemplary Buildings » : 100 €/m2 of subsidy

•Free advises (support) from the Brussels PassiveHouse Platform (pmp)

•Promotion : Seminars, trainings, brochure, visits, user’s guide…
