CABERNET SAUVIGNON SUSANA BALBO WINES TECHNICAL SHEET MENDOZA - ARGENTINA TASTING NOTES Deep, ruby red color with perfumed aromas of cassis, blackcurrants, redcurrants along with hints of roasted coffee. On the palate is ultra-sleek, with very fine tannins. Mint, dried herb and cassis flavours, with tangy acidity and well handled oak, nicely folded into the wine. A sublte minerality provides freshness and good lenght. PAIRING Beef, pork, lamb, quail and other game birds. Also it pairs well with cream-based sauces.
