Francis Chaves is the CEO of Chavesnet Enterprises, which developed the Supreme Wealth Alliance (SWA) in

2009. We watched a video in late May 2012 where Kiko Javier (one of the visible Coaches in the SWA

Community in Facebook) announced that they are currently fixing their documents because they are

organizing an Offshore Corporation.

Among the high profile names seen in the SWA Ultimate Global Team group page in Facebook are Jeffrey

Perez, and Francis Hermes Javier (otherwise known as Kiko Javier).

In the meantime, while the offshore documents are still in process, the company shows the DTI registration

What is the SWA Ultimate Product?

The product is lifetime web access to an Online Library of downloadable ebooks and other electronic files

(audio, video, scripts, graphics, WordPress templates, icons, font).

The ebooks are PDF files which cover topics such as personal development, self-motivation, business, health,

and marketing. A list of the various ebook titles can be found in the Appendix.

Pay Plan 1 (Dynamic Follow, 2x2 Forced Matrix)

Form a group of 6 under you, and your commission is $70. You will also get to start a new matrix. People you

directly referred into the program will start a matrix under you (in the first available slot), each time they are

able to form a group of 6 under them.

After you have directly referred 7 people, your Pay Plan 1 commission goes up to $90 whenever a group of 6

forms under you (2x2 Matrix).

You can form a group of 6 by directly referring people, or with the help of those you have directly referred.

Their referrals will form part of your 2x2 matrix.

Pay Plan 2 (Power Infinity 3-Up System)

You earn $20 for each person you directly refer (Direct Referral) to the SWA program, except for your 2nd, 3rd, and 7th

Direct Referrals. Your 2nd, 3rd, and 7th Direct Referrals get passed up to your Upline (or Sponsor who directly referred you

to the SWA Program.

You earn $20 also for each person who is Passed Up to you by either your Direct Referrals or your Passed Up Referrals.

The 2nd, 3rd, and 7th persons directly referred by your own Direct Referrals are passed up to you. The 2nd, 3rd, and 7th

persons directly referred by people Passed Up to you, are also passed up to you.

In other words, if you directly refer only one person, then your Pay Plan 2 commission is $20.

If your first Direct Referral also refers people, the 2nd, 3rd, and 7th persons referred by your Direct Referral are passed up

to you, and you earn $60 (that’s $20 multiplied by the number of Passed Up Referrals).

If those 3 Passed Up Referrals also successfully refer 7 people each, that means 9 more people will be passed up to you

(Your Pay Plan 2 Commission: $20 x 9 = $180).

If those 9 Passed Up Referrals each successfully refer 7 people, that means 27 more people will be passed up to you

(Your Pay Plan 2 Commission: $20 x 27 = $540).

And it keeps going on. That’s why it is called Power Infinity 3-Up System.

NOTE: Pay Plan 1 and Pay Plan 2 are separate. But you do earn from both of them. In other words, when you directly

refer your first 6 people, your total commission will be $150:

Pay Plan 1 = $70

Pay Plan 2 = $80 ($20 each for your 1st, 4th, 5th, and 6th Direct Referral)

Total = $150


What is the Training offered by the company of Francis Chaves (SWA Founder / CEO)?

The training that we’ve seen so far involves existing SWA members personally coaching their downlines.

Among the favorite promotion method is: Facebook Marketing.

This involves copy/pasting ready-made ad images in Facebook wall posts or status updates. Once an inquiry is

made, the person asking is then requested to view the SWA videos found in YouTube, and to also visit the

special SWA webpage of the SWA member who invited him or her.

How do people buy the $55 product?

Payment can be made online via credit card, through Smart Money or Globe GCash, via Western Union,

UnionBank, LBC Express, or even by direct deposit to BDO or BPI.

How do SWA members get paid?

SWA members should log into their SWA website and access “Request for Payout” – the commission will be

sent based on the details that the SWA member entered into his or her SWA account. For example, if you

place your BDO or BPI bank account details, your commission will be deposited into your bank account within

5 to 7 days from the time you requested for a payout.
