Different platforms (TV Channel, App, website, social media); Different devices to suit residents; Concerned with how the organisation communicates with the customer. Ground level Wanted to create positive impacts for those not already online; Increased knowledge and confidence; One-on-one or group session either at home or local venue; Tailored training sessions.
