Applications from 18 EU Member States. The most represented MSs (eligible proposals) are France (22), Germany (15), Ireland (15), United Kingdom (13) and Spain (11).

93 Applications received to the External Evaluator Open Call, 41 Appointed as Members of the EPE (External Pool of Evaluators)
1st Open Call: only 10 out of 60 scored below the quality threshold (mark 6)2nd Open Call: only 7 out of 53 scored below the quality threshold (mark 6)
As a result, many of the “not-accepted” applications are still valuable and very likely to succeed if slightly improved and submitted in the coming calls.
� High expectations on impact of funded proposals: StandICT.eu managed to receive projects from people who’s truly experienced in the Standardisation field and with proven track record.
� Good coverage of StandICT.eu priorities (also beyond the Rolling Plan to cover emerging technologies)
� We need to specifically target Central and Eastern European countries and, in general, lessrepresented MSs
� Easy-to-use Online Platform for Researchers, SMEs, Organisations: blueprint for similar initiatives with cascading grants.
