In past some years it is observed that the standard ofliving of a particular group of people the society hasbeen improved where as the rest remains in statuesque.
This basically happens because of the unavailability ofeducational and technological facilities at rural areas.
It compels us to think on the establishment of such anorganization which work at all the rural and unreachableareas of the country and provide both the Governmentor Non-Government based facilities there at.

Digital India is a Programme to prepare India for a knowledge future.
The focus is on being transformative – to realize IT + IT = IT
The focus is on making technology central to enabling change.
It is an Umbrella Programme – covering many departments. It weaves together a large number of ideas and thoughts into a single, comprehensive
vision so that each of them is seen as part of a larger goal. Each individual element stands on its own. But is also part of the larger picture. It is coordinated by DeitY, implemented by the entire government. The weaving together makes the Mission transformative in totality
The Programme: Pulls together many existing schemes. These schemes will be restructured and re-focused. They will be implemented in a synchronized manner. Many elements are only process improvements with minimal cost.
The common branding of programmes as Digital India highlights their transformativeimpact.

North East BPO Promotion SchemeThe Indian BPO industry has witnessed significant growth over the past years and Indiahas gradually emerged as one of the preferred BPO destinations globally. Several factorsincluding operational cost effectiveness, availability of skilled manpower and ever-increasing demand for employment opportunities have increasingly contributed to thegrowth of BPO industry in the country. However, the BPO industry has largely beenconcentrated in and around large (Tier-I) cities where skilled manpower drawn fromvarious parts of the country including NE Region seek employment.
In large (Tier-I) cities, the recurring manpower cost to the company is considered to behigher particularly keeping in view the relatively higher cost of residentialaccommodation and larger travelling distance for employees. Thus, it would be prudentfor a BPO Company to migrate to smaller (Tier-II/III) cities including those in NorthEastern Region, as it would result in significantly reduced manpower related expensesand thus making its operations far more profitable. It is understood that key concernsfor setting up of BPO operations in the N.E. Region are related to various issuesincluding reliable internet connectivity and power supply.
