NSSW’s SFW
❶ Copper plated surface
❷ No seam (opening) in outer layer
Conventional fold type FCW

2.Superiority of NSSW’s SFW to conventional fold type
Conventional fold type FCWNSSW’s SFW(Copper coating)
NSSW’s SFW is coated by Copper to prevent rust
Customers can used by easy storage for a long time.
❶ Excellent rust prevention
❷ Excellent hygroscopic resistance

Best Choice for Automatic Welding
Conditions Seamless Flux Cored Wires Conventional fold type
Continuous welding10min × 10times
(Accumulating total 100min)Wire dia.: 1.2mm
Welding current :270A
Abrasion amount of top of the tip 0.13mm 0.45mm* (Circumscribed circle of tip hole after welding) − (Diameter of the tip hole before welding)
When NSSW’s SFW is used, the life of tip is about 3.5 times as long as the case where conventional fold type is used. (When NSSW’s SFW is used, abrasion of tip is about 1/3.5.)
The reason the long life of tip is as follows:a)The surface of NSSW’s SFW is plated with copper, and, therefore, friction is small.b)Cross-sectional shape of NSSW’s SFW is point symmetry. Therefore, the wire is fed out straight.
❸ Excellent tip abrasion resistance
❹ Targeting point is extremely stable
