Remuneration Details
• Attendance Credit - Kind of overtime for Clerical & Managerial Staff spill-over amount above 1 monthsalary
• Gratuity – Gratuity @ 1 month full salary (not only Basic+DA) per year of service
• Diwali Bonus – 1 month full salary (not only Basic+DA) after 1 year of service
• Welcome Bonus – Half month salary only with 1st Diwali Bonus
• Leave Encashment – 15 PL, 12 SL, 6 CL (Total 33 all cashable at full salary instead of only Basic+DA)
• Loyalty Bonus – Amount (=24 x Monthly Retention Bonus) put in a bank FD on joining date andpaid after 2 years
• Annual Rewards – 22 categories ranging from 1 month salary up to 12 month salaries
360º PERFORMANCE EVALUATION POLICY
1st ON CONFIRMATION IN APRIL EVERY YEAR
Notice Pay Deposit – 1st month salary held until FNF settlement
On Joining - Offer acknowledgement letter will be provided
Probation Period - 6 Months.
On Confirmation - Offer, Appointment & Confirmation letters are given
Working Days - 6 Days a week (Monday to Saturday)
Working Hours - 10 am to 6.30 pm
Grace Period - 15 min late in / early leaving Grace Period
Salary Date - 5th of every month
Public Holidays - 12 PH per year
